'm sure all that investor was saying was that there are two options....
1) Women are currently not interested but they can be.
2) Women are interested, but they don't have whatever the job requiires.
That's it. It's as simple as that.
It's far easier to assume a company would entertain option 2. Buuuuuuuuuttttttt.....they don't have whatever the job requires......soooooooooooooo....what would a female investor say who has invested money in that company?
"We are not going to lower standards." Duh.
The biggest problem is that most women simply aren't interested being a nerd.
