It really put a blight on Gary's character in my opinion. It makes you think Gary literally doesn't care about SpongeBob at all and it's frightening and sad in the same way xD

Doodlebob came back! I actually really love that they seem to bring back old background characters, characters that appeared for a few episodes in the first few seasons, or Mrs puff and Mr Krabs being together. Modern SpongeBob seems to be very interesting and very creative, and this video helped me realize that. I actually giggled a few times when watching this video, seeing the way they decide to take things in an episode.

1:57 I think Squidward is meant to be modeled after the "blob fish", which is actually a rockfish that has been exposed to surface air pressure to the point where it body basically falls apart.
(They naturally live in the DEEP sea, where the atmospheric pressure there is hundreds if not thousands of times more intense)

Not a full episode but there's a part in one where Spongebob puts his nose on a leash and it yanks him out of the Krusty Krab and this couple sees and the guy goes "See? I told you this town was pet friendly" and the girl pulls out a leash and collar and asks "walkies?" And then he gets on all fours and she puts the collar on him and walks him.
