This is certainly one of the cleanest challenges yet, and that has a lot to do with the concise and easily understood framework setup by the first dev that was then enhanced by those that followed. Cheers!
I love it except for the last dev's decision to switch it to black. I really liked the clean white laboratory look it had before. 😕 (Nothing against the dev though, the rest of his edits were awesome!)
This is the best game I've seen in this series, each dev poured their souls into it. Cant imagine how that Vitaly guy would have absolutely obliterated this
I would like to see one where you somehow make the order a misery. No one know if they are the first or last person to be working on the game. So everyone is trying to finish the game in a chaotic race to the finish where no one knows who has started or where’s the end.
Well done guys! Was so enjoyable to see how proud everyone was at the end in the discussion. IwWould love to see a part2, where all 5 devs work together and communicate for a day or two, to add some of the things they discussed.
The best part of this is that the computer is directly competing with the player for resources which each can then use in a different way. It adds a real sense of urgency to going for the batteries, and responsiveness; you don't just have a random boss shows up, they're directly linked to the player actions.
Fantastic overall game. Sometimes the chaos is fun, but seeing how smooth it goes sometimes is also fantastic. The addition of the IK legs to the cubes was probably the biggest genius moment. It elevated all the placeholder boxes to unique designs, and allowed the easy implementation of other enemies by just picking a color, box, and legs. Not sure about the obstacles making a return at the end, but cool to see the aesthetic they came with. I think everyone should be proud of this one.
Wow, this one turned out great! Super impressive considering how few passes there were. Everyone brought something super important to the table and seemed to instinctively understand both what the previous devs intended and what the future devs could use. You love to see it!

Genuinely would love to see these five brought back to this game again at some point because it turned out spectacularly and I'd like to see where it could go from here.
Okay, yeah, that has to be one of the best yet. The editing is great, I loved every one of the devs' additions both to the project and to the editing if the video. Keep it up!
its very understandable and expected when a pass the game challenge ends up being chaotic or not very finished, but thats all part of the fun you know. but seeing this actually work so well was so cool! everyone did a great job and seemed to use their time and focus exactly right for this to turn out so good
Definitely one of the best pass the project results, and this time all 5 devs were amazing. Kudos to all! This game could legit be big if its completed
It would be cool to add dark mode and light mode so you can change it to white if you want, a cool idea for a boss could also be a centipede train where once you kill it it spawns random enemies
A wonderful team, each one improving and adding to the game, and making it easier for the next dev to add something! Nobody had to take their time just to fix things, that's a game changer haha. Please more like this one!

Almost every game they've made I've gone "man I wish they would allow a 2nd loop to allow it to be a full fledge game". Because all of them are THIS close to being amazing.
Wow this one came together great. Love the respect between each dev. Wish these videos where just the devs and their awesome devlogs and nothing else..
this felt like one of the few times the devs worked together to make a cohesive game instead of trying to change a bunch of stuff to leave their mark. Awsome job and looks super fun to play
Another banger from the pass the game challenge, but I don't think I've ever seen all 5 devs so laser focused on the task. Well done all devs, and happy to see some of you come back :)
This is one of those results I think would be an amazing candidate for a "5 Devs _Complete_ the Game" challenge. 😛 The core game is there. It just needs content.

I love it except for the last dev's decision to switch it to black. I really liked the clean white laboratory look it had before. 😕 (Nothing against the dev though, the rest of his edits were awesome!)
Art is subjective 😊❤ Thanks tho!
I personally prefer the black as I find it easier on the eyes to look at
This is the best game I've seen in this series, each dev poured their souls into it.
This was really good, love the "final" game (Hopefully one or more of you build it out more because I want to play a full version)
This is definitely a game you load up at dinner and then all of a sudden it's bed time
Fantastic overall game.
I think this is one of the most complete & congruous projects I've seen on this channel in a long time! Great video and I definitely want to play this game!
Really really loved the changes made by Rugbug, terrific idea to add a boss
This is really cool, definitely one of the most impressive end products I've seen on the channel. Good work everyone involved!
This is easily the best pass the project challenge, all the devs felt like they were on the same wavelength, and the game came out amazing
IIRO really made the game unique, his changes are my favourite.
Beat of these in a LONG time. Everyone handled it super well, it was great to watch people pass the ball and build together.
Let’s share our own experiences related to the video’s topic!
I love how every dev took time to help future devs do their thing
A wonderful team, each one improving and adding to the game, and making it easier for the next dev to add something! Nobody had to take their time just to fix things, that's a game changer haha. Please more like this one!
loved your content.. tried out 1 game and have been getting spam emails by a bot ever since tryign to make me sing up for a course or smth-- truly a channel of all time
Almost every game they've made I've gone "man I wish they would allow a 2nd loop to allow it to be a full fledge game". Because all of them are THIS close to being amazing.
Thanks @Blackthornprod for having me! Best Game Jam game I've worked on! 😂🎉
This guy. Bring him back!
I liked your part the most. You added a ton of cool visuals and really made the game look polished. I'd be very happy if they invite you again.
You ruined it
@@AllTimeShown Some men just wanna watch the world burn.
@@_blue_carrot Thanks! You're setting me up with expectations that I can't meet :D
Wow this one came together great. Love the respect between each dev.
Wish these videos where just the devs and their awesome devlogs and nothing else..
I’m so hyped for the next part of the 100 devs make a game. I’m def gonna get it even if it’s put behind a paywall. It sounds so much fin
this felt like one of the few times the devs worked together to make a cohesive game instead of trying to change a bunch of stuff to leave their mark. Awsome job and looks super fun to play
Hey bro. You take the free labor of people in your vids then treat them horridly, hows that working for you?
Why is bro beefing 😭
These devs are great. So happy that we finally got an episode with consistency and GREAT Devs. Epic stuff
The last dev made such a good job! Nice!
The way the low poly hand slides in and moves is just satisfying and cool 🧊
Also White Background looked way better
Another banger from the pass the game challenge, but I don't think I've ever seen all 5 devs so laser focused on the task. Well done all devs, and happy to see some of you come back :)
3:05 "So anyone with knowledge of abstract classes can make their own"
This describes, I hope, every game dev ever on this channel.
Devs 3 and 5 absolutely nailed this shit. Would love to see the two of them to collaborate on continuing this game.
This is one of those results I think would be an amazing candidate for a "5 Devs _Complete_ the Game" challenge. 😛
The core game is there. It just needs content.
They finally all cooked with zero BS. Imma be real I'm usually a Love to hate these videos type of guy cause they always go so wrong, but this was just watching 5 master chefs in action creating a gourmet dish. Good stuff.
Honestly this is very well done, very cool guys! you should continue it and release it together
Every single dev here needs invited back for sure!
Joe, Rugbug and Darkroom carried this one, but everyone’s contributions were amazing. This is my favorite pass the game I’ve seen
