You can mix a cup of milk powder, sugar, margarine and hot water and you've got a thick and sweet condensed milk substitute

Pero pagna off na yung oven, dahan2 syang nag fflat
Dahil na over beat mo ang batter nya napasukan ng maraming air kaya pag naluto na nagpa flat na o kaya masyadong mainit ang temperature ng oven kaya mabilis pagtubo nya

Can I use self raising flour?
Yes it will work just fine, you just need to adjust the baking powder that was mix in the recipe because self raisng flour has baking powder already and a bit of salt
