Great vids I feel the Panasonic seems more quality but the norelco has really great reviews omg help. Probably maintenance and the ease of getting parts will make me lean one way. I would appreciate your advice thanks
Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with either. The Braun Series 9 Pro is just in a class of its own, but the price is high. I will say this, between the Norelco 9800 and the Panasonic ARC 5, I choose the Panasonic ARC 5. I should maybe make that video.
Running 9 Braun and the Norelco: dry- series 9 preferred. With pre electric liquid, gel, cream: series 9 is better. With a thin lather such as cremo or shave soap: the Norelco turns into a frigging beast. It WILL shave as close as a blade!
@@rurieldiego Honestly, I think the Norelco shavers do better on the neck. I think either works fine for my side burns but I don't do anything fancy with my side burns.
I've have the latest Phillips series 9000, the Panasonic Arc5 and Braun S9 Pro plus.. Phillips is the closest and quickest but leaves a rash/reddish under neck if getting the flat hairs .. Braun is the best IMO, especially when going over same area a few times with the tricky hairs under neck line, very gentle, the Braun pro plus trimmer (a upgrade compared to std pro model) is a far better trimmer than the phillips or Panasonic models.. Hope this helps 👍😊
I think the Braun Series 9 Pro gives the closest and most comfortable shave. However, I just got the Norelco S9000 Prestige, and it might be close. Anyhow, I don't think it is foil vs rotary. Both can give a good shave, and both get better the more you spend.
I can't imagine how many returns these companies get (and what they do with them). Especially since everybody's face reacts differently to all the shaver styles. I currently use the Norelco 3800 and it does a very decent job (with the Norelco original blades). I bought the Chinese knock-off replacements and they suck. They're trash. Stay away from those. So now I have to order the REAL Norelco replacements. I'm always on the lookout for a Braun or a more top of the line Norelco if I can find a good sale. Maybe even a Panasonic as I've heard they actually cut very close. Like the ARC-5 or something. Thanks!
The Norelco 3800 is a good shaver. It does not shave as close as the Braun's or the Panasonic ARC-5. If you like the Norelco, the 9400 is a good upgrade without the huge price (around $120 at Walmart). It will give you a closer shaver than the 3800. @@ShaverDude awesome yeah looking forward to it. Thanks 🙏
This was a very good comparison video.
Thank you so much. Any other shavers you would like me to compare? Or did I miss anything in this review?

I do hear good things about the pre electric liquid.
I’m a barber and want to know what you would recommend on the neck and side burns

but the costco ad said something about clean system on the braun. does it work so I don't spend time brushing?
@@MrKipz I have the clean system but I have never used it. I just run mine under water
mr shaver dude, can you tell me which is better for daily shaving? 9 pro or 9800?
Series 9 Pro
Braun is the best 👌 👍
Braun is good but the new Philips Norelco's are really getting good.
Can you compare Braun 9pro with some other Braun shaver...for example with seria 5, 7 o 8? Thx
Yes, I can do that. I will try to remember to remember to share a link to the video here.

I just go the Braun 9 Pro+ but haven't tried it yet. thanks for the input.
hi please guide me which shaver gives extra clean shave foil or rotary shaver

Can any of these shavers cut your skin?
It is possible to cut your skin, but not very likely.
