Also remember fishing wasp grub there in early 90...summer evenings we my friends bagging up on chub,, good days.. Was impressed we how you got them bream feeding,, tow as always bn bad on that stretch. Good vid mate deffo..
Its nice to see you with a smile on your face jamie after your unlucky trip to Spain mate a brilliant video on how to beat the wind and most angels wouldn't even think about getting the feeder rod out on a canal mate 👍👍
Great job Jamie and plenty of handy tips whilst fishing in less than desirable conditions, reminds me of the video you did with Polly on the Aire and Calder Canal a while back. 👍🏼
Bit of a weather change for you there Jamie! On to the main point and a bit of a gripe I'm afraid mate. I bought the 3D-R Pro Feeder Tray to keep everything safe and secure in the howling winds and downpours we so frequently get here in good old England. The tray itself is amazing and I do truly love the the cantilever trays that hold the phone and stopwatch ect... But! The leg supports... They add another 100mm each side and are non detachable. So, the stated length dimension of 620mm is actually 820mm should you want to find a bag big enough.. Have a word with them upstairs and make the leg supports detachable please mate? Cheers Jamie and keep those vids coming!
I no where you are there mate.. Back in 90's b4 they opened all the mariner up you drew that peg in a match on mouth of mariner you was on a flyer deffo...top video tho mate and enjoyed watching you lads representing in Spain recently 💯
Canals can have lots of snags/structures in them. Braid is more abrasion resistance than mono against them. So won’t be cut as easy as mono. Plus braid has no stretch so you will get instant bite indication
Brilliant again from Jamie and Matrix team
brilliant video in bad conditions and well done Jamie, thank you matrix,
Thanks 👍

Matrix rules , come to Sweden a fish with us
How long did you fish in this session Jamie?
We fished for around 3.5hours before the rain set in.
We don't fish now. We are at war with Russian fascism. Thanks to the people of the United Kingdom for their support. Glory to Ukraine!
Thank you for your support
Why no twizzel boom ?
why you fishing braid on a canal ?

Thanks for the video sorry to see that you are using barbed hooks.
