I'm not super familiar with Trezor, but you should be able to use another Micro-USB data cable that matches. Just make sure it is a data cable and not a "power only" cable for phone charging.
Unrelated, and probably silly, question; I imported my public key into electrum (from a hardware wallet) as a watch-only wallet. Yes, it's best to use a fresh address for every payment received. If you do not, then anyone who knows your address can see all of the payments you are receiving. If you imported an xpub into electrum (sounds like it) then yes, all of those addresses should be part of your HD wallet. You can receive payments on any of and all of them. Just be careful not to leave large gaps between the last used address and new the used addresses. If it's less than 10 you should have no problem.

No, replace by fee gets them to the destination faster. You may be able to double spend the coins and send them back to yourself though. Some wallets have a cancel feature.
@aantonop The only issue is if everyone moves to a better wallet and pays increased fees, everyone will end up paying more but the number of transactions processed by the bitcoin network will remain the same. The problem is there are too many transactions. Paying a higher fee just passes your problem on to another user/transaction as the network does not increase its tx processing capabilities based on the fees paid. The only real solution is to create smaller more efficient transactions using segwit or any new technologies that allow transaction size to be decreased.

Is this valid for ether, too ?
the ethereum network cancels the transaction after an hour or so, but charges a fee
@@mulimotola44, Ethereum is a smart contract platform, so that behaviour is completely justified; it disincentivises people from trying to execute DDOS attacks on the network.
I sent my first transaction with a 0.28 fee, never again! It's been two weeks, waiting for coins to come back...
I did the same.. it s now 5 days ... Have u received the coins back to your wallet ?
I did .. I wanted to ease my fear of not getting my coins back

There’s not much you can do with a blockchain transfer. My transfer has been unconfirmed for about 4 days now. I’ll know from now on not to cheap out on mining fees.
What happend with the transacton after all? Did came back to your wallet?
My btc stuck for 15 days
