My bitcoin someone sent to me has been pending on mempool for 3 days now and it showing on my history has complete but not in my trust wallet address yet

Glad it helped! Probably worth moving away from Atomic entirely, as it's a terrible wallet. (And the recent wave of users losing funds isn't surprising)

Whether or not your have a Ledger isn't relevant, only whether you made the transaction with either RBF enabled or in such a way that you can use CPFP. (You can just use your Ledger securely with Electrum, instructions for this are on the a Ledger website)

This can be normal and you will find that the transaction may be visible on some block explorers and not others. (And may appear on Electrum if you change the bid that Electrum is connecting to)
Thank you so much for being a ton more helpful than Ledger Support. So I sent my entire wallet amount to another wallet unfortunately with RBF not enabled. Does this mean even if I add funds to the original wallet and send it again to the recipients wallet using a higher fee CPFP won’t work since there was no change left in the first transaction? Hope that makes sense and thanks again.
Can i cancel any transaction with rbf or without rbf enabled? Is there any wallet you know that's support cancel transaction functions and can be used on smartphone?
What did you see the fees for? The minimum fee has increased over the last few hours, but the mempool was clearing for the last few weeks prior to that... Basically if you just wait until tomorrow it will probably confirm on its own, even without RBF or anything like that.
I have a stuck transaction for over 9 days now and new to all this so don’t understand the electrum part of it . Will my transaction eventually get cancelled or will it just stay pending ?
Transactions don't really get cancelled, but it might confirm once the network fees go down. Which wallet software or platform did you use to send the transaction?
Hi there. The situation is next: a person send you a transaction with a lowest comission possible (1 sat/byte) enabling RBF, so he could possibly cancel that transaction before its 1 confirmation. My question is: can you as a recepient somehow use CPFP to accelerate that incoming transaction to receive its 1 confirmation and be sure that won't be cancelled by the sender using double-spending with RBF feature? Thanks
If the parent transaction is cancelled then all child transactions will be cancelled too. That said, you could make a child transaction with high fee to get the parent transaction confirmed faster.
Hey I sent money on electrum local to someone and when I put in the trans to track it does not show and it says i have 0.046666 then ( 0.04400) or something unconfirmed

You jumped from talking about software wallets to a screen about Electrum with the transactions in there, what did you do ? did you somehow export the software wallet into a Electrum wallet ?
You can just import the recovery seed from whatever wallet you are using into Electrum. (Just be sure to do the standard security checks for Electrum, GPG verification, etc) If using a decent hardware wallet then it's simply a matter of connecting it to Electrum.
Basically this is done by using the recovery phrase from Blockchain.com and importing that into Electrum. (Just be aware that doing so risks leaking your seed, so be sure to verify the Electrum installer via GPG, or better yet, get something like a Trezor One and import the seed into that)
Very helpful video - Thank you. Just wanted to check: when using RBF, is the increased fee deducted from the amount being sent in the transaction or is it taken from the balance in the wallet? - thanks again 👍
Basically it depends on the transaction, but RBF can either involve leaving all the transaction inputs the same and increasing the fee, or could also involve adding additional inputs to cover the increased fee.
I sent btc from ordinalsafe wallet to Xverse wallet, unfortunately I sent the btc to ordinals address rather than btc address on my Xverse wallet, is there a way I can recover it ?
CPFP only works if you are the recipient (or if you sent funds to someone which has a change output that came back to you). If you made a transaction like this, but your wallet doesn't support CPFP, then you can just use something like Electrum to do it)
I accidentally made a transaction from my BTC wallet to Binance with a low fee (5.2 sats). Now on electrum (binance btc wallet - read only) I can see the CPFP option but can't actually do it as I don't have the private key from Binance. Please tell me what should I do now.
If you sent the funds to Binance without enabling RBF and didn't have any change output that came back to your wallet then your only choice is to wait.
Hi i sent btc from apirone wallet to remitano and its been unconfirmed for 5 days now. Dont know if your video will help as i watched and totally confused. I cant export anything to the electrum. Please what can i do? Its totally unconfirmed on mempool
I tried to send BNB from SafePal Wallet to Trust Wallet and my transaction has been unconfirmed for 15 Days $300 Dollars just stuck somewhere. My test run was good but the large amount not so much. If you can help please
Your wallet probably just didn't broadcast it until now. With Eth it also depends on exactly what type of transaction you are sending. Some can just wait forever, but other will fail.
I sent coin from my blockchain to my binance and still unconfirmed for over a week I tried electrum I can’t use rbf or cpfp all not supported what can I do please
If you didn't send it in a way that you can RBF or CPFP, all you can do is wait... After a few weeks, the transaction might be dropped from the mempool and you will be able to send it again.
Hello I sent all my bitcoin which was $2,000 dollars to my Coinbase account the fee was like 0.37 cent I had use that one and it still haven’t confirmed it’s been over 24 hours. Should I be worried I believe I sent more bitcoin when I didn’t have enough funds is that possible
Then just follow the process in this video. Best bet is to just use Electrum with your backup seed from the blockchain.com wallet, you can then just bump the fee like I demo in this video.
hey man, i swapped btc from my blockchain to ethereum and it said the swap failed, but it still shows its pending and i have nothing in my balance now. it does say RBF. would this help get my funds back?

Unfortunately all the funds in the account are in the hands of a scammer and are unrecoverable. All they want to do at this point is to trick you into sending more money and each time you do, there will be another excuse to ask you for more.

If you didn't send with RBF then your only options are child-pays-for-parent (if you also received some change back from the tx) or to simply wait for your transaction to either confirm or get dropped from most nodes. (Allowing a replacement tx with higher fees)
Going from Trezor to BlockFi with a low fee, I'm in that no CPFP option, no RBF option group. It has been 3 weeks. Does rebroadcasting it reset the time on it getting dropped from the mempool?
If you didn't enable RBF or have any change then you don't have any options... Basically there is no single mempool, so how/when it drops out of the mempool of different nodes will vary... Rebroadcasting the same transaction won't help. What did you set your fee level at?
Hi hope you can help! I use a ledgerNano s. I have an unconfirmed transaction which I would like do a RBF. I have a second Nano s which I would like to send this unconfirmed transaction to, to get it confirmed. So I would send from the account with the unconfirmed TX and send it to the address on the second Nano s. IS that right. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks for your help. :)
In this case that would be a child-pays-for-parent transaction. The CPFP transactions in Electrum just send the funds back to your own wallet, but you can do them manually by simply sending the unconfirmed funds on to any other address. (So for example, your second Ledger Nano) You can also enable RBF on the CPFP transaction, so you can easily bump the fees if they are too low.
@@CryptoGuide An update. To be honest I was worried about making a RBF or CPFP transaction to get the TX confirmed. I had set myself until this past Sunday 18th Apr to see if it would confirm. So today Monday I opened up my Ledger Live app. I noticed that the stuck TX has been rejected and is showing the amount of BTC back in the wallet I sent it from. This after seven days from the original TX. SO if you have aTX that is not important to clear fast There is nothing to worry about.
Hi. Maybe you can help me with some information. I have a SecuX w20. Does this process works only with Ledger and Trezor, or may I try recovering my seeds in another wallet to try RBF?
The Secux follows BIP39, so it will work. (Though importing the seed into a software wallet undermine the security of everything on the device) The first thing you need to check is whether you actually sent the transaction with RBF enabled or whether there are some change outputs that you can use for CPFP.
@@CryptoGuide Thanks a lot for the help. Actually I've already seen that the transaction was sent with RBF enabled. What Im not understanding is: Electrum is a hot wallet? So it will work directly importing the seeds of my SecuX or must I import the seeds of my SecuX on a Ledger to use Electrum for example? Im aware that after this my SecuX will be under security risks (until I may recover it as new wallet and transfer the funds).
You can use Electrum as a hot wallet or with any decent hardware wallet. If you import the seed directly into Electrum then your seed is compromised, if you buy a Ledger/Trezor and import your seed into that device and then use Electrum with the hardware wallet, your seed will remain secure.
Sir with RBF other then electrum some other wallets also offer but tell us method or wallet where we can cancel bitcoin unconfirmed transaction without RBF
Unless you can organize with a miner directly for them to include a replacement transaction before it confirms... Without RBF, there is no way to alter a transaction that has already been broadcast that is still in the mempool. (If you just want to speed it up, then you can use child pays for parent, but this can't alter or cancel)
Thank you for your video, it was easy to understand. I'm about to implement this feature in our wallet app and this video gave me all the info I need to understand the feature.

That's right, only the recipient can do the CPFP transaction.
Can i cancel any transaction with rbf or without rbf enabled?
Is there any wallet you know that's support cancel transaction functions and can be used on smartphone?
You can only cancel a transaction if it was made with RBF enabled.
This just happened to me my BTC got stuck due to low fee hw do i get the software help.

Hi I have question: I send from BTC Segwit wallet to BTC legacy and my transaction pending 6 hours, what I have to do??? Thanks
So does it show the transaction in Electrum? Depending on your fee, it might not be visible on every block explorer.

Hello please i need your help, git a transaction pending on atomic wallet..what can i do
Have you followed the process in this video to see if there is anything you can do?
You jumped from talking about software wallets to a screen about Electrum with the transactions in there, what did you do ? did you somehow export the software wallet into a Electrum wallet ?
You can just import the recovery seed from whatever wallet you are using into Electrum. (Just be sure to do the standard security checks for Electrum, GPG verification, etc)
If using a decent hardware wallet then it's simply a matter of connecting it to Electrum.
@@CryptoGuide Thankyou

Can I follow these steps for a transaction i did in March2023 that has been in Review till date?
It will work for any transaction.
@@CryptoGuide my other question is how do I add the my blockchain wallet to Electrum
Basically this is done by using the recovery phrase from Blockchain.com and importing that into Electrum. (Just be aware that doing so risks leaking your seed, so be sure to verify the Electrum installer via GPG, or better yet, get something like a Trezor One and import the seed into that)
@@CryptoGuide what's GPG and how do I get the Trezor one, thanks a lot for your response

Hi I have a pending transaction with blockchain for almost a month now . Anything you can do to assist me ? Thanks
What is you use to send the funds and which wallet or software are you using to receive them?
Yea it's straightforward, you can just import the seed into something like Nunchuck wallet, add a taproot account and your funds will be there.
Thanks for this. Having half a coin sit in limbo all day was killing me. I increased the fees and now it looks like I'm in the next block...
Good job sorting it out :)
Is there a way to do this on a wallet that doesnt have this functionality. Child pays for parent
Did your bitcoin ever come

At this point it should've. Last year I had a 4 sat/vB tx take 4 months but it went through. So if my 4 went through, his 5 surely went through.

Depends on whether you enabled RBF when sending it
if I sign a transaction on the eth network and introduce an extremely low gas fee, is it possible that it will be executed in a few months?
Generally no, eth transactions are different. They often fail after a certain time and you forfeit the gas fee.
@@CryptoGuide because I signed on trezor a transaction 92 days ago and it was mined 2 days ago, what can I think about that?
Your wallet probably just didn't broadcast it until now.
With Eth it also depends on exactly what type of transaction you are sending. Some can just wait forever, but other will fail.
I sent coin from my blockchain to my binance and still unconfirmed for over a week
I tried electrum I can’t use rbf or cpfp all not supported what can I do please
If you didn't send it in a way that you can RBF or CPFP, all you can do is wait... After a few weeks, the transaction might be dropped from the mempool and you will be able to send it again.

hello, i don't have rbf on electrum. Is it possible to cancel the unconfirmed transaction so it can receive back at original ledger wallet?
If you didn't send with RBF then your only options are child-pays-for-parent (if you also received some change back from the tx) or to simply wait for your transaction to either confirm or get dropped from most nodes. (Allowing a replacement tx with higher fees)
@@CryptoGuide What is RBF? I did cancel the transaction and it worked i think

@@CryptoGuide Didn't get it
Bummer
Going from Trezor to BlockFi with a low fee, I'm in that no CPFP option, no RBF option group. It has been 3 weeks. Does rebroadcasting it reset the time on it getting dropped from the mempool?
If you didn't enable RBF or have any change then you don't have any options... Basically there is no single mempool, so how/when it drops out of the mempool of different nodes will vary... Rebroadcasting the same transaction won't help. What did you set your fee level at?
@@CryptoGuide That's what I was afraid of. It's set at (5.399 sat/B )(9.546 sat/vByte )
You will just need to wait. Transactions in that fee range may start clearing over the weekend, so you might get lucky.

@@CryptoGuide Thanks for the quick reply.

Hi. Maybe you can help me with some information. I have a SecuX w20. Does this process works only with Ledger and Trezor, or may I try recovering my seeds in another wallet to try RBF?
The Secux follows BIP39, so it will work. (Though importing the seed into a software wallet undermine the security of everything on the device)
The first thing you need to check is whether you actually sent the transaction with RBF enabled or whether there are some change outputs that you can use for CPFP.
You can't cancel an unconfirmed transaction without RBF.
@@CryptoGuide Sir i m sure there is method to cancel without RBF. This is what people hardly talk about that.

Really need my transaction speed up
Depending on how you sent it, you could follow the info on this video
Just search the txid on mempool.space and it will give you an estimate on how long it will take to confirm.
@@CryptoGuide I did the transaction from blockchain and after I did it was pending for a whole 2 days now and now I can’t even send out bitcoin from the blockchain anymore if I want to do send out transactions it says ops something went wrong try again or contact support but I sent them email but they never did respond back or anything please help me boss I will really appreciate this🙏🏽
@@CryptoGuide wish I could send you a screenshot of what I’m talking about just that am really afraid gonna lose everything been 48hours and this
The network is pretty busy, but basically if you search for your txid you will see it sitting unconfirmed. If it's possible to speed up, just follow the process in the video. (though it might not be)
