    Yahoo you are back on.
I do understand that moving to a new state. My husband was in the Army for 20 years. Pandemic we lived at fort Worth, Texas. That's how I found you. We went to a big house to a small rental house. We live out of boxes for the 1st year there then my husband lost his job then we went back to Indiana so, my youngest daughter went to for free for four years. Now, we live in a big house again and still have everything in the boxes in my My craft room because of my German Shepherd gone for a walk with him, he decided to say hi to other German shepherds and I fell and got hurt and broke my left wrist. Had to have two surgeries within 6 months of each other and then therapy. Then again another surgery thyroid had to remove one of them so we're still living out of boxes for 3 years now. It's like a giant scavenger hunt to find something that I need to use in my crafting. I'm a culture scrapbooker and journal. Still new to this world. Lol....

Oh I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you heal fast & feel better soon! 💕
We moved from a huge house that was like 3x the size of this rental. Lol it’s a very big adjustment to get use to.

So glad to see you back Mrs. Chrissy. You were one of the first in the community that was watched as I was learning the craft. So happy to see you back on! Also, I know exactly what you mean about the hospitality differences. I’m from Ga and was in Seattle a while and it was rough adjusting. I’m so glad your neighbors are kind like you! ❤

Hi sweetie it’s always tuff when you move to a new area. May it be small move or out of country. I just went through the same type of move ugh! But somehow we get through it. Sounds like you are off to a great start. Meeting your neighbors and you like. Give it time. You will adjust. I love Temu. I to am on a budget and I keep my orders at 20.00. Thrift stores are a life saver. Awesome video. Looking forward to the next ❤

I’m a new subscriber and really enjoyed your last Temu hall and can’t wait for the next one. But I’m going to catch up on your other videos in the mean time. Yes, the culture shock is real. I was born south of the Mason Dixon line. Moved to Washington State. Give it a year... volunteer in the community. They don't like outsiders and there is what I call an initiation period of about a year. Especially in small communities... you got this... just give it time. Logging communities more open to newbies than the Farming communities. They dont like change. They will build trust and friendship once you been there a year. Montana, Idaho is the same. Its a Northwest thing.

@@dianewolf-latham3766 I guess that would explain it. Lol As soon as I talk I get a weird look. Lol 😂

@@ChrissyDesigned the other thing to keep in mind... we were raised with the words pretty is as pretty does... we were raised with if you have nothing nice to say do not say it... they were not. They speak their feelings and thoughts with no filter nor manners. This is not a bad thing, as you always know clearly where you stand. Its also sometimes shocking and delightful to interact with someone who has no tact, yet they are extremely honest and straight forward. Observe and learn... grin... do not take it personal. It truly is how they were raised. And never forget they do not like change. They are famous for saying, it's always been done this way. Good people with good hearts at the core... strong people... family very important to them. Just a different way of speaking and doing then where you are from. Get the old timers to tell you their families history... what life was like for them as a child... for their parents... you will then understand more of who they are as a culture and why... I feel blessed to have lived there and learned a great deal in the process... not just about them, but about myself too. I now live in Mexico. You got this! Just give it a year... oh, and the grapevine is always in full swing. Be careful what you say as it will be repeated. Not much to do in those small towns. Gossip is a thing.

My family's from from Texas but we lived in Michigan and then they got married. We traveled a lot. People always make fun of other people. You just got to remind yourself of people that God doesn't like ugly people. My eldest son lived in Olympia and they loved it. So moved there. People are nicer
