Old artist secret for deckle rulers: put ruler n position on paper where you want the tear. Wet a soft watercolor brush and run it on the paper along the ruler edge. Let sit a few seconds and then tear.

I'm not a Temu fan but wanted to comment on what an incredible job you did in a haul video. Numbering your items and having clearly labeled links is amazing. I've never seen that in any haul video.

Hi just found your Channel. No 21 ruler is actually a die which is great as a die cut not so much a tear ruler. Great items and tips though I love Temu was a bit weary at 1st but have had great products & no problems. ❤❤

Good luck with the die brush. Mine fell apart in the first day of using.
Simon Hurley has done great videos on the stamping foam. I love using the stuff. You find yourself walking around your house finding things to make a texture/stamp from. Lol

Oh my gosh - thank you for the wonderful tip on the price adjustments! I had no idea with one click, it would scan your entire order!! Or that you could do it before you even received the order! I just tried it for some orders I placed at Christmas and now have a price adjustment credit of over$12.00!! I'm going to treat myself to some pearlescent watercolors I've had in my cart. I think it’s very nice you shared shopping tips .. I noticed the price charges had to maybe be AI coordinated as if it’s on purpose. I noticed after something goes viral or an influencer has done videos the price goes up …
Some people don’t like sharing tricks out of spite because they don’t want others to get what they have .I think your awesome for sharing this with us …
that feels like a highly dishonest way to do business to me, and, if true, is another thing that makes me hesitant to spend my money there

@@24get24give its just even walmart and target do it so temu is not the only one . Influencers are actually hurting us they are cause of bare shelves and increased pricing.
Thank you Chrissy, your Temu haul was actually one I really liked, also because you listed it so easily to find the item on Temu. Loved the dies with the flower and the 'fabric' one where you showed how to use the little brushroller, I once received that in an order as an extra gift from 'De Egel - Hobbyartikelen' (Dutch company). They always put something extra in your order. Thank you for sharing, loved your order, went on Temu and now we are two hours further, that's so typical when you start browsing on Temu 😀
I ordered that deckle ruler too. I told them it was useless. I think it might work better if the rough side is used down because it looks like it was made to be use as a die in a sizzix. Thanks for the tip for getting to see if the price goes down while waiting for an order.

First I would like to thank you for taking time to list the items the way you have, and by the looks of it so are many more people. I have the die tool and found it to be better than the very expensive ones. I was intending not to buy any more bits for a while but now I have seen your goodies I have changed my mind! I have been looking for eyelets (without the washers) to use with my Cropodile but can't find any, and to be honest not sure what I am looking for. Once again thank you for your enjoyable video.

Watched this video last night (2/3/24). I like how concise you were on your reviews. You just saved me $20.22 on my current Temu order. I didn’t know how to request price adjustment on orders for previous 30 days and I learned this from this video. Thank you for that!!! Everything I have ordered from Temu has been very good quality. Highly recommend.
I didn't know this was a thing. I've just tried it and got just over £3. Not bad for somthing I had no idea about. But going to keep doing it every day for a fee weeks and see if I can get anymore refund from the other items. X
Great video! FYI, I believe #21, the metal tear ruler, is actually a die that is meant to be used with a die cutting machine like a Big Shot.

When you use the brush on your dies you should leave the cot out in your die to brush. It will protect your cut out from tearing.
So smart with the numbering. Best Temu haul description. Thumbs up.

Hands down the very best haul/explanation video I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much for the time you put in! It’s appreciated! :)
others have told you about #21 already, but I can still give you a tip on dies in general; an easy way to remove the cut from intricate dies is to drop it on the table a few times until the cut comes off by itself, the brush on the die brush tool can be replaced if necessary, and the flat piece at the bottom can be used as a mini spatula for glitter or texture pastes, if you use them, they are also useful for picking up and placing tiny amounts of glitter or embossing powder in a very controlled way HTHs

First time viewer. You do a great haul! I really like how u labeled the items. it’s very confusing (both because Temu labels r confusing-ha ha, and because it seems like Temu label things better when they’re sent to a holler than they are for us just buying.) So it helps doing it the way you did.
I would ask that you give the price as you’re showing. I know the prices go up and down but just having an idea of what it is without having to then remember which one I liked and go look it up later would be very helpful thank you so much.

Simon Hurley has some great tutorials on how to use the reusable stamping foam. It’s great fun to see what textures you can capture - it doesn’t have to be embossing folders, stamps or templates - try cork, if you have textures vinyl floors. Anything really.

NewBee here, love the way you report on Temu and how to do the order and its products. I do not have a die cutter, maybe Temu may have one on the cheep! I did not want to use Temu because they are based in China, then I checked the products at the craft shops an noticed that they are all from China. Dang, why not join Temu, and beat the prices at craft shops. They get‘m all from china! Thank you for the reviews!!!❤❤😊. Love the laces!!!!

I made the same mistake! It will work if you dampen the paper along the edge to be torn though.
I have embossing folders to from Temu they’re made for smaller machines such as the sissix sidekick smaller opening but can use on big machine like yours

I use the Loctite gel super glue in the blue bottle. It’s the best for nails. They will last me at least 2 weeks & that’s doing yard work, handwashing my dishes every day (I don’t trust dishwasher machines to get them clean. Lol) & all the other daily mom/wife chores. 😊

That 'tearing ruler'is difficult for you to tear paper with because it's actually a cutting die!!

I want to thank you very much for the info about price adjustment. I just went back to check my orders (I had a lot of orders), I got all together the refund/price difference of $26.30. Then I ordered more stuff ! I'm not sure but I think it goes back more than 15 days possibly 30 days. When you are checking, if it doesn't give you the price adjustment option then it's probably past the time limit. I will definitely keep checking. Thanks again

Hey! First time on your channel, always like to see what people end up picking up from temu/aliexpress type sites!
I just wanted to note, that I was going to get this a while back to.. However, i decided not to because if you notice with design, it has no area for the lid bring the stamp down to meet the paper on the other side.
If you look at a misty.. they all have a recessed platform with form lining for added stamping performance.
Just thought id post what i noticed, if you do get it, please do let us know how it works and how big it is. Sometimes the bigger one i have from we r memory keepers is hard to work with i prefer the misty version.
I saw a DIY version that seemed like it was well planned/thought out and executed. I didnt know how well i would fair lol.

No 21. Is a Die. That’s why it’s only 20cm long - goes through any die cutting machine that has long plates.
Can it be that the metal ruler nr 21 is a diecut? I orderd the same one from temu and i use it with mij diesmachien 😁
Love this video! Do you have any tips on searching for items? For instance, I search something like "Wizard of Oz" and get a few items that match, but more that do not. But when I just scroll around without searching, I see lots of items that fit the description.
Thank you! 😊 I have noticed that they are actually getting better with how they list items. I can now search for the exact thing I’m looking for & will find the list of items are narrowed down. Like if I wanted wizard of oz stickers I could search for exactly that & find those. But if you want a more broad search of things like maybe search “wizard of oz “ & add a descriptor word like “paper” or “shirt” like what category of that you want. I hope this makes sense. Lol

I do like temu but you have to read your size descriptions before ordering. I do want to say their on-site product reviews are not what they list , You always see 5 stars and when u read the product reviews most will be taking about a total different product.

I apologize for that. The product links change after a certain amount of time. The products themselves change so frequently on the website that it’s hard to keep the links up to date.
