Hola! Hey Rebecca. Can you make a point of letting us know roughly what makes up any fake meats? I mean is it something they bought from Impossible or Boca etc, or is it something (soy, tempeh, bean based etc) that they make in-house? I can't get into anything fake-fish unless it has lemon & tartar sauce. 'Preciate it! Happy Trails.

Yeah, the short version is: the correct pronunciation is "Euro" but all of NYC says "Gyro". Technically wrong but its now officially NYC dialect so that makes it "right" again? But ppl have disagreements on if a wrong pronunciation can count as dialect.

Yes! I try to figure out what the faux meats are made of usually but ill be more diligent about it! Because I get curious too!
