You won't believe how crunchy and tasty these tiny crab snacks(油炸脆皮小蟹) are! These crispy fried baby crab snacks pair well with beer & soju. Awesome to share with friends & family too!
韩国街头小吃非常多，其中有一样小吃叫油炸脆皮小蟹， 它酥酥脆脆​, 外酥里嫩。一堆小螃蟹一起下锅炸的嘎嘣脆，场面好壮观。有幸今天去逛韩国超市，发现了一盒冷藏的韩国脆皮小蟹，是腌制好的，盒子上注明说只需要下锅炸3分钟就搞定。出于嘴馋和好奇心，我买了一盒回家试试看能不能炸出像街头小吃一样的香酥油炸小螃蟹。很期待一边吃着脆皮小蟹，一边喝着啤酒，真是一大享受！

Instructions:
Tip#1 - Fry the baby crablets while it is frozen, no need to thaw.
Tip#2 - The baby crabs are already cleaned & coated with flour & seasoning.
1) Pour about 1 inch of oil into a pot.
2) Heat up the oil up to 320°F - 350°F (160°C - 180°C).
3) The box said to fry for 3 minutes, but I fried it for 5 minutes.
4) Enjoy with your favorite sauce & beverage!

提示#2 - 小螃蟹已经清洗干净并腌制好(面粉和调味料)。
1) 倒入约 1 寸的油进锅中。
2) 将油加热至 320°F - 350°F (160°C - 180°C)。
3) 盒子注明说炸3分钟，我炸了5分钟。
4) 搭配您最喜欢的酱汁和饮料享用！
