As an example I finished the Season challenge to get 7 kills of each ground type and to top it off a special task for killing 12 aerial targets whit a medium task of getting 7 intelligence. All thanks to Stormer HVM.

And then the hard to complete and annoying ones like win conditions,assists,teamwork. Most of them are random but there are some that are easier them other. Happy ending (Win 4 times whit 50% activity) I usually always get Kill players whit SPAA where the ZSU helps. Oh and I'm going for everything even the Season challenges as I have the necessary vehicles to complete them.
First and second battlepass where the best since you could get the main prize by just logging in daily and you didnt have to grind lvl 125 to sell the prizes. then it all went downhill to no low tier prizes and premium time instead

Also, the premium time is only one tier, and probably replaces something like sl or another booster. Like I said in the video, the pass doesn't ONLY give vehicles. There's other stuff in there too that I think is good for people who spend all their time on War Thunder.

@@whitestormmaster430 I think the challenges have mostly been the same level of difficulty. Some people have the vehicles to complete challenges, and most others don't. I remember the Centurion pass had a challenge where you need to get kills with torpedos, depth charges, atgms, and other stuff. I spent so much time grinding naval to get the depth charge kill, but all I did was waste my time. Having the challenge availability going away after three weeks is dumb, I like when you could do all the challenges the week before the pass ended (that's how I got the centurion 5/1). I think some people are having a harder time with the challenges, because there's more vehicles that you have to unlock to get more challenges done. How many people have all the big rockets, can kill tanks going over 40 km/h, or rank 7 vehicles. Tasks are only difficult if you don't have the means to complete them.
I do feel that challenges have become more difficult since few bps ago i got past tier 40 without putting any effort at all (my friend told me that bp challenges are a thing and it turned out that I've completed quite a few) But it took a lot of effort to complete even a couple challenges in previous bp
@@kekersdev There are quite a few easy challenges this season: destroy 125 vehicles, play 7 games in first place, get 15 "without a miss" medals, win 15 games with at least three kills, get 20k points with battle pass vehicles, destroy 10 vehicles with a tank caliber of at least 150mm, destroy two vehicles in 15 seconds, destroy three vehicles with a fighter without dying 10 times, and destroy some tanks with every rank vehicle. These tasks are complete snoozers. That's 8 challenges that I don't even have to think about completing. Of course, that's if you have the vehicles to complete them. Grinding the vehicles to start the challenge is easier than finishing the challenge, and if you already have the stuff, it's really easy.
I think the only thing you missed is that the Talismans from the warbond shop are randomized between the vehicles you have bought from that rank. Mentioning it because I have seen people who grinded for them then got confused when they got a talisman for a vehicle they have never played and only got to continue to the next one on the TT.

The strategy is to wait, WAIT, to spend golden eagles on battle pass. The option to buy in does not go away until the season is over. This takes a lot of pressure of NEEDING to play to get your monies worth. You will decide if where you are at is worth spending for the battle pass rewards.

Never purchased a Battle Pass and never will, but the following is my humble opinion on how to improve the system to make it available to _almost_ everyone (instead of being another slightly different grind fest like everything else Gaijin does). The free track gets access to every reward in the season, not just a limited ammount like it is now. Everything else stays the same. If you purchase the Battle Pass, it's unlocked forever and you are not required to complete it during the duration of the season. There should also be an option to buy each past season of the Battle Pass. However, the ability to get the next Battle Pass for free can only be acquired by completing the free track, not by purchasing it. That's it. Like it is right now, I'll never spend anything on the Battle Pass, regardless of what future seasons might offer. I prefer to save money and buy 360 days of premium when it's 50% off, since it actually eases the grind instead of adding more just to unlock a bunch of crap and a few vehicles (and most of them are useless for me since I only care about ground vehicles). To each their own though. Regardless of one's personal opinion, great video. Very informative and well-made. Have fun :)
I disagree. Not ALL of the rewards should be free. I do think there should be some more free stuff, but the entire thing? That's asking way too much. War Thunder isn't DRG, they don't give everything away for free. I would like to see the challenges be available the entire season, I don't think the Battle Pass should last forever either. It takes away from the limited edition vehicles and decals that people can brag about and sell; just devalues the entire pass. Maybe add more rewards to the stat card leveling system that's kind of like a permanent "battle pass" that everyone gets for free and already lasts forever. Good, time-tested strategy on buying premium when the sale it out. Probably shouldn't grind to hard, and stress yourself out on War Thunder.

@@Wardinson If you can't throw money at it, then you have to throw time. It takes a long time to grind everything out like the battlepass and the events. However, compared to events the battle pass is really easy because you have more time to do the stuff. The events have you do a lot of stuff really fast and it's super grindy. The battlepass takes 3 months to complete and you don't have to really do that much each day. The current battle pass ends on January 25 and I JUST unlocked the A-1H yesterday with the 15 bonus tiers, 15 special task medals, logging in everyday, and 8 season challenges completed. The battlepass is pretty easy, and it only gets easier the more you have. I don't think it's necessary to make the battlepass easier, or cheaper. It's a solid price for what you get. If anything, crafting events and mark of distinction events could be made a little easier or cheaper. Also, it's a game. You don't HAVE to get the limited-edition, premium stuff. If you think it's not worth it: DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY. It's really that easy. It's still a free to play game. Nobody is forcing you to spend money, it just makes the experience better. I got all the way up to ~9.7 US ground 100% free to play, and I had fun doing it. Now that I've spent money, I'm having even more fun with the game. You always have the choice.

It is exactly the same. You just have to choose to complete tasks for air battles. Like I said, you'll probably only be able to complete just a couple of the main season challenges, but that's really all you need.
I can say the battlepass is probably the only best thing that's happened to war thunder in the past 5 to 6 years. I have every single battle pass aircraft and every battle pass tank since season 6. Giving players who don't have the money the ability to get free vehicles to help them grind is good but I feel like the vehicles have gotten very dry since season 7. The f2g1, itp, bv155, A1H are my favorite battlepass vehicles. And being able to get free vehicles from the war bond shop is a blessing. I think of it like I'm getting 4 vehicles instead of only 3. The upgrade coupons have been in most of the battle passes, as it was introduced quite early on. It explains what it is in the description of the coupons, but basically: you need to get the coupon to sell the battle pass vehicles. Without these 'upgrade' things, you can't sell any battle pass vehicles. This also explains why most vehicles from the battle passes are so expensive now. The F2G from the first battle pass is still only 35 GJN, while the A-1H from only two passes ago is 75 GJN. If you get both coupons (at level 105 and level 125) you can unlock the next premium battle pass for free. I was able to do it once, but I stopped going for it because I couldn't buy the discounted 15 tiers if I used the coupons. For 'budget' players, it's pretty cool.
Yes, but it would be more expensive than the 500 GE for 15 tiers that you would get on the first purchase. The wiki has more information, but it gets more expensive the more tiers you buy.

Yes, if you don't have the pass purchased then the "premium" tiers have a lock symbol on it and you can't unlock any of those rewards.
