Nice that they have working fans on all the models, and we don't have to pay through the nose for a Delux version!

Cavalex Models are looking to be the only true viral for Accurascale on their level of quality detail. I can't wait to see the final project.

Hi, great video of an amazing loco, if I didn’t already have my Hornby class 56 I would buy one, the rail freight livery is my favourite, to be fair the more I look at this loco the more I want one, great work Cavalex on producing an ultra detailed loco, I hope this is followed up by a class 08 and a class 73, thanks for sharing.

Can't wait for mine. Got more than 1 on order LOL. Wasn't sure about the Yeomans when first announced but seeing them in the flesh has changed my mind. Price the inners and outers in line with Accurascales tippler packs and I'm in !!

We were hooked with the PHA Yeoman wagons! They would look great behind a 56 or 59 🤓

In all fairness the prototype O&K yeoman wagons are chalk and cheese compared to the PTA tipplers, fair more details to replicate on the O&K and a much more complex construction in general as well.

I can appreciate its a bit more rich in features but ultimate railways are showing £49 a wagon and if you get a rake - you must, you must lol - then its gonna be steep

@@jimbojunior8236 Fair enough, however £49 per wagon is very reasonable for what you are getting with these.

Bardon's didn't become part of Aggregate Industries, Bardon are Aggregate Industries and founded the company, that's why Aggregate Industries has its headquarters at Bardon Hill.
In 2006 Foster Yeoman ceased to be a family business and became part of Aggregate Industries group.
These models are wonderful, a Romanian class 56 in blue and the hopper wagons in either of the Bardon liveries would be my favorites.
All that's needed now are some models of Thomas Hill "Steelman" locomotives to make a quarry layout.

Can you please ask Cavalex if they might look into producing a JJA auto ballaster wagon in the future, gutted only Bachmann produced one and are asking a kings ransom for them, almost triple the price from when the first appeared many many years ago.

Be good to see this evolve into a production of the class 69

Hornby and Bachmann are certainly facing competition in terms of price and features from smaller manufacturers now. I haven't preordered one of these 56s, but I'd certainly be interested in one to compare to my 5 Hornby ones, and I'm sure the lights and fan mechanism will be more reliable, for a loco thats £28 cheaper at RRP. (I think the hornby lights wiring has been swapped for plug-in wires instead of sprung contacts, and the fan mechanism has been removed on the latest releases.)
Cavalex 56 beating the Hornby 56 (in all respects), Accurascale 37 beating the new tooled Bachmann 37 (in most respects). Now who's gonna do an 08 with full lighting and including tooling for the 10s and 13s (which haven't been done before), for less than the hornby at £186 or bachmann at £150?

Hi, you are spot on with your observations, I would have a new Canvalex model, i already have the Hornby model which is very good, if the light connections fail I will upgrade them, I’m working on a electric roof fan for mine at the moment.
I hope and pray one of the smaller manufacturers produce a class 08 with lights, Hornby and Bachmann keep churning out these models which are good without any lights, I have lighting kits to fit in mine at some stage, I wish Cavalex would look into a class 73 loco, no manufacturer has produced a great reliable model to date, the Dapol offering seems to be full of issues.
