I have a Oben ASPTA-20 which is like the Ruittos one you have. I think its great and has come through so many times. The only thing its a bit heavy and not so compact. I keep it attached to a manfrotto pixie most of the time.
It will if you place the camera lens too close to the mount, but if you position the camera further away, you can frame the mount out of the wide angle shot. By doing this you will loose the balance of the camera on the mount by itself, but if you are using a tripod, it should be fine.
I don't believe that's an updated version, rather, it's just a different model in their product line up. It doesn't really fit what I need, since this model doesn't have a way for the mount to stand on its own.
They can damage your phone with heavy use, so use a phone case. I use a Moment iPhone case and haven't had an issue with my phone being damaged from a phone holder.
This video was meant more to show the phone inside the mount, but what kind of tripod test would you like to see, Wayne? And any particular type of tripod you would like to see the test with? Fluid head? Ball head? Professional tripod? Plastic? Carbon fiber? Monopod? Table top tripod? Gorillapod?
@@VideoGizmology it would be nice to see a real life review, set up the mount on a tripod and film, inside, outside, and show what you need and any difficulties you encounter. I'm wanting to set up to do video blogging, I like your review and your character, but I still wouldn't know where to start other than buying a mount and a tripod. All the reviews tend to be the same, some person holding a mount at a desk but with no real life videos showing you how to do real life videos.
Great job sir. After watching I realize I need a Woohoto. Thanx for the link in description.

What is your opinion in Ulanzi ST-14? They seem similar but the Ulanzi one secures the phone better.
Yea I just checked it out before I saw your comment. It looks better than all these
will it fit a 13 pro max 1tb?
If you shoot wide-angle on the woohoto does the tripod get in the frame? It looks like it could get in the way of the lens...

Thanks there were so many options and now I know what to order
Great review! 👍👍👍
Can these fit on the camera tripod?
Yes, they all have tripod screws on the bottom that you can attached a tripod plate to.
Looks like Woohoto has a new version out. JL1618S How about doing a comparison of the old vs new?

Ulanzi St-06 is a good one to use
Do you think these mounts can eventually damage the phone’s edges and also internally? I’m too anxious to mount my iphones

Tests tripod mounts with no tripod.
