BBQ Spaghetti?

Saw this recipe on another channel. Did not note the temp or time but prepared the spaghetti beef enwrapment then covered with bacon and BBQ sauce and baked at 350 for 20 minutes to start with the understanding the meat and sauce would provide the moisture inside the sealed foil.
After 30 minutes, spaghetti not done so I followed the meatloaf rule of 350 per each pound of beef..put back in and waited another hour as I used 3 lbs of beef.
