Yep ours are cheaper too and remember quality control aswell is better, I’m actually a golf fitter and seller of equipment I’ve been in it for 5 years and every left handed club is made better in construction I’ve even seen better fusing of the forged carbon on a paradym looked more gluey on the right handed models haha plus the best perc is your scrub friends can’t hit them if they tried and scuff them 😂😂😂
I actually bought a used M6 from a golf shop that ended up being fake. Sounded like an old metal bat when you hit it. Took it back and they gave me a great deal on an M5
How much yardage were you losing? Im curious if my taylormade driver is fake. I hit it pretty good but its a good 20 or 30 yards short of other drivers i have tried
@@Dietz18 so I’m not totally sure on the yardage. I knew because it was SO loud and I looked at the face and where there should be screws it was just paint. An M5/M6 should be relatively muted.
Can you test those for numbers vs eachother!? It would be cool to know what to look out for. Like is the counterfit one going to be slightly worse?( Like ten yards less) Or is it going to be absolute garbage (like 50 yards less)? How do we tell if we got a fake driver in the mail if we have nothing to compare it to lol?
Unless your a PING fan then telling these apart would be very difficult, some people would base it on the noise but these are loud and obnoxious clubs which get louder the better they’re struck. What this means is that fake ones, which are known for being harsh and loud often sound quieter.
I watched a test from one of those UE guys and they did a test with fake club and it wasnt even close to anything the real model could do. Like 20+ yards shorter and couldnt hardly work a ball.
Probably best to purchase directly from manufacturer to avoid this. Or buy from places where you get free returns and call the manufacturer and verify serial number before you unwrap the clubs and hit them
Hit them and see how the perform. Just had a guy that bought some titleist ap3 from me last year hit me up and told me they were fakes. I hit them and liked them. He used them for almost a season and just found out. I traded a guy for them.
Typically from the research I've seen counterfeit drivers are 20 to 30 yds shorter. One of the testers put it best, he said, these aren't really golf clubs theyre 'models of a golf club' because it's difficult to work the counterfeit like an experienced golfer would for a fader a draw almost impossible...
You can definitely tell. Ping have a very distinct sound, but a guy I know bought a bogus scotty on dhgate and it is way lighter and feels unbalanced. Just not worth it.
i have attempted many time to find the cheapest golf clubs in the world...not even the chinese or afghanies can make cheap clubs...may not be real but it is not cheap
Pretty disappointed he couldn’t tell the fake.. I’m no pro but I can spot a knock off from a mile away. Then again I have the mentality of someone who understands the process of someone trying to get over on someone
Use the club on a shot, you will soon know the fake 😁 they dnt sound the same ,the feel is different and fake may look good but more likely to break 👍⛳🦘
The best part about being a left handed golfer: no counterfeit clubs

Would have been nice if you were to have shown us the fake information CLEARLY instead of a MILLISECOND!
So... I just need ti buy a 100 of those fake clubs and sell them to pawn shops???
Love your content, and appreciate your concern for the consumer!!

Would've been good to see and hear a distance session on the range
Rick Shields has a great video of buying a fake M4 driver off of Wish. He tests it out and the entire head came off of the shaft 🤣
But how do they compare off the tee box?
They hit just as well. Some are even better. But you’ll know it’s a FAKE!!!! That’s a FAKE 300 yd drive!!!!
@@rogerdixon1069 omg I HATE fake 300 yard drives.
No one is paying 300 bucks for a pawnshop driver dawg

Probably goes the same distance

Not even close!
I mean pretty easy for them to be good at counterfeiting when they have so much margin to work with 😅
This really is a shame.... Guys might think they're getting a smoking deal, and then the performance is absolutely trash.
Probably best to purchase directly from manufacturer to avoid this. Or buy from places where you get free returns and call the manufacturer and verify serial number before you unwrap the clubs and hit them
they're good because they come from the same factory - haha
They don’t
Hit them and see how the perform. Just had a guy that bought some titleist ap3 from me last year hit me up and told me they were fakes. I hit them and liked them. He used them for almost a season and just found out. I traded a guy for them.
Should've hit both and see what the numbers were like???
Typically from the research I've seen counterfeit drivers are 20 to 30 yds shorter. what if the fake one has better sound....
How do these fakes play tho? I'm always curious.
You can definitely tell. Ping have a very distinct sound, but a guy I know bought a bogus scotty on dhgate and it is way lighter and feels unbalanced. Just not worth it.
But it still hits the ball right? Right!?
For how much these clubs cost, that is why there are fakes, I'm left handed so fakes are rare.
@MrShortGame can you show the lines she showed you? Thanks
Hey. How about next time you actually show the difference & hold the club still
Do they hit the same tho? Because if it’s all just paint and decorations, wouldn’t bother me 😂
i have attempted many time to find the cheapest golf clubs in the world...not even the chinese or afghanies can make cheap clubs...may not be real but it is not cheap
show us the line detail?
idk but I hit better with the fake one
Smell the grip
Is “short game” in relation to your height??? Sorry, I saw a video of you and Rick Shields and he towered over you. Lol
So, I can I know if is it real??
This is how. By the sound

Exactly, i came here to ask that! Hahha
Ok
Your getting ripped off regardless! Real or fake 😅😅
How would other peoole know.
Camera work is atrocious. Not single decent shot of both heads side by side.
You blew it
can u show the difference wtf?
😅
Really?
Good ole China.
Ping is made in china
