Looks good! But what about upgradability? Can you add more storage to it? A teardown/upgrade options section would be much appreciated! Great video btw!
This unit is a sealed device and won't be upgradable. If this is something up your alley, I would recommend making sure you have the right configuration. Thank you so much for your feedback
Just got mine a few days ago. Picked it after hands-on with numerous laptops at a local BB. Really like the performance, multiple ports, overall slim/trim clean looks, nice keyboard, excellent display with the 16:10 form factor, and very quiet operation. All thumbs up so far.
@@vitaminprotein136 For me the size is good. I mostly use it for browsing with it on my lap while watching TV, and also for travel. So it's a good compromise of big enough but also compact and light for travel. If I was working on it all day I'd want a bigger screen, but for my limited mixed use it's just right. I had a 14" 16:9 laptop before this one and I really prefer this 16:10 format even if it's a bit smaller diagonally.
I bought a 15-inch i5 13th generation laptop and I hate it. It's buggy. The HP pen control app is not supported it say this app not compatible with my device.laptop dosnt response soft pen touch.when i try to write in youtube search bar screen get my plam and it open another vedio that was beside serch bar. When I use my laptop in tablet mode, it decreases the performance, I think. I spent six months of part-time job money on this and I am very disappointed. Can you please help me fix these issues? It seems like you work for HP. is there any way to disable hand touch sorry for my english hope u understanded
Hey there, thank you so much!! Generally speaking, the stylus may come in the pack, but this is depends on country and also where you purchase the product (online or retailer) there are many configurations available . Definitely check prior to purchase to see if it is included
@@TechBytesWithLoren Maybe unboxing itself) I want to buy a laptop for my sister, but it should be super portable. Light, 13 inch, type C charging. So I was wondering how big is the charger? Many laptops still have a massive charger which is quite uncomfortable to carry with myself. Thanks in advance)
This would predominantly depend on the software you use and their requirements. Generally RAM and CPU are most important and these come in core i7 and plenty of RAM to work on the short term memory (the software) Long story short, it's likely but will absolutely depend on the requirements set by the tools you are using
I bought it a week ago .. with ram 16gb and Storage of 512gb and i want to upgrade it to 2 gb . so i bought Samsung 990 PRO 2TB PCIe 4.0 Will it support this SSD ?
Hey there, generally these devices are designed with multiple config options to avoid opening it up. I generally wouldn't recommend upgrading it yourself so you don't void the warranty
I can absolutely follow it up, but it's not something that I've heard of personally. The device I was using had no issues but obviously that is one unit. With any product, there can be potential faults, it's certainly not something I've been alerted to.
It doesn't, devices these days don't. If you go through your local retailer, they may be able to offer a discount or bundle deal. This does depend on where you are located.

HP needs to release the Space Blue. This version with silver and white keys are hard to see in any lighting
Really good point, there is a blue version also floating around depending on where you get it from.

That's so great to hear! Thank you so much for taking to time to let me know.
Is the size perfect for you?
Do you find it too small or is it just okay?

13 inch 16:10 is the sweet spot for laptops.
I decided to order This outside in japan since japan laptops has no US/UK keyboards. Thank you for the review!

Hi Loren! Thanks for the review. Is the Pen included with the laptop or do I have to buy it extra? Thanks in advance! 😊

Does it have windows hello facial recognition?
Great question, it does have the ability for Windows hello. However this may differ for different countries
I got mine one week ago and it’s amazing 😊
That's awesome to hear!! Do you think there was anything I missed in the video?
@@TechBytesWithLoren Maybe unboxing itself) I want to buy a laptop for my sister, but it should be super portable. Light, 13 inch, type C charging.

That I can help with now, the charger is a small 65w USB Type C charger. It's roughly the size of a pack of cards plus cable. It is roughly 0.21 kg
@@TechBytesWithLoren Thank you very much!!!
Good luck with the channel)

Can you review the hp envy 15 x360 Ryzen7 5825U, please???
If I can get my hands on it, absolutely! I can't promise anything, but I'll do what I can
Does it supports Samsung 990 PRO 2TB PCIe 4.0?

Can you please cover the hinge problem everyone was talking
Hey there! I'm just a product trainer from AU so I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. I'm happy to take note if you can elaborate?
@@TechBytesWithLoren it is that there are many reviews where people say the hinge of the laptop is loose and the wobbly screen and all that.

Is RAM upgradable?
Hey there, without voiding the warranty I would not suggest
Is AMD ryzen 5 good value with this laptop?
Depending on your configuration selection, it would be more import to ensure you pick the best device for you.
Does it come with free ms office?

Tell them there should not be that big bezels in 2022!
Is there something you would specifically be looking for size wise?
@@TechBytesWithLoren the older bezels with a different dimension wasn’t this big
