    Pretty interesting.
From what I've seen, when there's a faster, better and cooler way to do something, it will prevail and cause everyone else to open their eyes and start creating new things.
Almost anyone with a computer and network connection can reach out into the world and it's never been easier. Makes you want to shed a tear of joy to see how far we've come and we've only just begun!

Amazing vid! I am old enough to remember the world without the internet - the internet is an amazing thing. If you told me that I could talk to people in real time from around the world at a push of a button I would never have beleived it. I know have friends (that I have met in "real life") in France, Portugal and America all from meeting on the net. Also the internet has brought more power to the people. People like you and me can now make their voices and opinions heard much easier.

I have learned that IT is the "NEW" form of communication, either by phone, text, video, etc. People today rarely think about how we, as humans are loosing one of our main forms of communication, which is "physical contact (face to face contact and our own voices, the ability to write, and spell without help of some electronic device.

New Orleans has the most complete archives in the states...back to beautifully handwritten, then in French, then on parchment -- everything that ever had any transaction in this city, including legal docs of the Quadroons. Hard to think of them on something smaller than thumbdrives. Fast changing world.

Digital advertising channels have taken over the traditional forms of advertising. The number of audience that you can reach through the former is far more compared to the latter. All that you need to know is to leverage the new digital channels for your organization or brand.

"What fits in your pocket now, will fit in a blood cell in 25 years"
Actually, Circuits now are becoming so small, that the spaces between the conductors, if any smaller, would reach the point at which electrons would just jump across them, meaning at a certain point, Moore's Law, will not be true

  • @cosmingurau

@imkneecup I think they meant messages as in parts of messages. The average SMS has 2 parts. The longer ones have 4-5, and the really long ones can have a lot more, so I guess that if you're a fast texter, or if you use your computer keyboard to send them, you CAN meet that quota.
