Excited for the Dejong video - I liked the format/style of this video Than - cool to see more of a meta take of an entire event opposed to the traditional walk through style
I’m from South Africa and now living in the Netherlands. Most of my reefing UA-cam content that’s follow is American, so very cool to see this European event showcased!
I think they were made for jellyfish originally and are being used to keep any sort pelagic larvae now. I think it takes a couple weeks for urchin larvae to settle out from their swimming phase.
Thank you for showing our Coral saw. We're already one step further and have added even more improvements. Also an external water connection on request. Our pro version will be shown at Reefmania 2025. Maybe you would like to visit us there?
That is great. I hope the product does well for you. The people who use the saw for propagation day in and day out really appreciate all those custom touches.
😍 Wow this is the first time I've seen the new coral saw & we are well overdue some new innovation in these things! Unfortunately I've literally just bought a new Gryphon to replace my old worn out saw, I really wish I'd known about the Coral Cut before I ordered it 🤦
@@northeastcorals You may need another one in the future. We will introduce the Coral Cut Pro in February. Developed from the ground up. Then we will try to establish them on the global market
I have always been amazed that Commercial Coral operations still use the Hobby Grade Garbage band saws. The ones used are the same ones that grandma is using to cut stained glass.
I bought the Tunze Stream 3 around 7 years ago. It has a bearing that needs changing every 6 to 12 months. If you buy it, I would recommend buying the bearing in bulk as postage cost around 3 times the cost of the part. Great pump but after 7 years the cable that connects to the housing went brittle and split.
The average car show in Bakersfield draws more people than the largest Aquatics Show in America. This is a small, expensive hobby, that we love, but scale is a thing.
Than, can you share the schedule that Wesley is using? I have a Straton on my tank and I can't find this really pleasing color that he has. Only the configuration for that color could be good enough. Or if he has instagram if you can share his name there, I'll write him. Thanks!!!
I too think the mist effect makes a tank look a little tacky. It's, "still cool I guess" but it's like adding pink neon under carriage lights to a Bentley or Mercedes. You're doing too much now.
When it comes to freshwater my taste level is non-existent. First thing I gravitate to is red plants and mist which are not popular in the high end freshwater aquascape scene.
Again some highlights of new wave... My experience unfortunately with them is not as pristine as their tanks. The tanks are indeed well made but if you tend to do a custom project they are not going to be really helpful to avoid any mistakes that anyone can make when designing an aquarium! And tanks can become as mine unpractical. For such a price this is really disappointing and I can't believe that my case is just an isolated one. Sorry if I had to do that again that won't certainly be with them.
It´s been a pleasure spending time with you, hope to see you again soon! Great video and of course thanks for your kind words!!😘
What a show! Thanks for bringing us along.
It was awsome meeting you!
Pleasure meeting you 🙏🏼🙌
It was great talking to you at Vivarium!

Awesome . A video on those tanks would be cool . They are good for breeding & jelly fish ?

@@tidalgardens There is a retired professor near me who breeds tuxedo urchins on a fairly regular basis. I;m sure he'd have great advice for you!
Wow looked like Global Pet Expo just for Aquatics..😱
Really enjoyed your experience in Europe!!! Thanks for sharing! Happy New Year!
Dude I need those Kreisel tanks..
just bought a stratton looking forward to setting it up
It was great to meet you and show you our Acropora!

@@Reefjunkies I have a feeling I might just end up buying a Coral Cut Pro before I need a new saw 😅
@@northeastcorals haha feel free to buy 😅

Not many saws you can run saltwater through
Yes, that's exactly what we thought too. That's why we looked at the available alternatives and improved things.
$100 per screw for a 3k pump actually makes sense tbh. 😅 Thanks for showing these cool brands.

Love NYOS Salt
Every brand makes some great stuff and some crappy stuff - their Salt is top notch
Happy New Year Than, hope you flew Business class! I used to be so happy with the world when the company rules allowed the B-Class.
Yeah… I did. It makes such a big difference showing up in a different country totally refreshed.
I thought Bulk Reef Supply had the ATI lights?
Shows in US need to joint forces and create one or two massive shows.
Good luck with that! I think they all hate each other

Saw you there. Next time I’ll say hello.
Interestingly, the QR code in the video works.
I was hoping someone would test it out
@ Seems like a technology you could incorporate into sponsored videos or when making product suggestions.
Thanks for the channel.

I think he has a channel called Wesley's Reef. You might be able to contact him there.
@tidalgardens Thanks a lot!
If I only knew about this show. On a same exact date I went to Stuttgart for another show which was a huge disappointment:(
