Korea is basically Asia’s version of Poland
As an American, I appreciate when any of allies decide to step up to the plate.
Poland always comes back stronger
Poland, Baltics, Romania, Finland, Sweden, Ukraine, and Norway.
During the Cold war the USA spent 6% of GDP in its military. With war on the polish border a 5% expenditure is quite understandable. The real commitment will show in the development of a domestic defense industry both improving capital flows for Poland, but also provide a domestic industry fitting the needs of Poland itself.
Koreans themselves, and I, who leaves this comment, am one of them, do not often realise it, but the partnership with Poland would be one of the remaining great chances for the country not only to boost its economy but also to develop any sort of idea for its grand strategy. Koreans today, just as a Korean expert on international relations screamed in a conference at the CSIS, are "just power-mongering people" without any idea of what's going on. Some arrogant Koreans who are addicted to Germanphilia or Russophilia (sadly, it includes some of my closest friends) tend to neglect Poland's struggle to develop a grand strategy for their country, but it is the very thing Seoul should learn from Warsaw.
Very proud to be Polish-American! Partitioned no longer, Poland will be our shield!

I love the Korea-Poland relationship's growth - that puts two of the "middles" on a mutually beneficial path, and I think will result in significant security increases for both against both their respective and common threats
As an American I’m very glad Poland is strengthening itself. Such a proud people who’ve been under various empires ensuring never to be conquered again. They took the Russian threat seriously while the west sat by complacent sucking off Putin till recently

For Poland the best military strategy would be to help the Belarusian opposition staging a coup and get rid of russian influence in Minsk.

As a Romanian 🇷🇴 I hope my country will bolster its military modernization as well. And I hope we will cooperate with Poland 🇵🇱 to secure our line of the front.
