911 - Emergency Medical Dispatcher

Lee H. is a first responder at Toronto EMS. As an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, he is the first contact for help. EMDs have a wide range of skill sets, and often provide callers with the medical instructions they need to save a life, deliver a baby, and provide comfort in extremely stressful situations.
