Asta and Yami are equally my goats in BC but Ichigo the GOAT alone in Bleach. the thing about BC though is that it is very much abiut the friendships created where Bleach is mostly about Ichigo being badass himself. I personally think the “Can (insert character) see Ichigo” question should always be yes (even if they actually wouldn’t be able to in some instances) for a vs battle. It defeats the purpose of even pitting 2 characters up against one another if one of them has to fight off an invisible poltergeist while the other fights unrestricted.
Yeah. I always thought that if the combatants in one universe never have to worry about it, it shouldn't be something that is worried about in a cross universe battle. Takes away the fun.
The same also applies to the Soul Crush argument, because it works heavily in favor of Bleach and pretty much invalidates the purpose of doing a versus battle in the first place.
I mean it is kinda valid though. In the beginning of Bleach Chad had to fight a hollow he didn't see, Rukia had to help him out, also any fight with Tousen in his Bankai that takes away 5 senses counts. Clever fighters can win despite those circumstances which can make a vs battle more entertaining than simply going unga bunga from the start.

Asta = Guts Yuno = Serpico William = Griffith Vanessa = Shirke Elysia = elfhelm It’s a shame Tabata neglected William after the first saga since his character was based on a influential icon like Griffith. His face reveal to Yami was a chilling panel.
i think one thing that didnt get mentioned specifically, initially ichigo was just a dude with a sword, but after his training with urahara he became a swordsman.
loved the video, it was very interesting and made some very good points. i do have a small complaint, recently kubo had directly confirmed that ceros were indeed light speed so it's not really a debatable thing anymore and even without that there is clear light speed feats. i'm so glad seeing someone actually scaling these verses accurately, there's been so much downplay for them that i've been seeing, though tbh i had no clue black clover could be scaled even close to universal.
also i know you were using a highball but i don't think using glamour world to scale asta to universal works very well there's a lot against it, you're point about the tree of qliphoth was a lot better imo.
To be fair, it depends on your source for that- and that’s not me arguing the speed of Cero’s- if Uryu was outrunning his shadow in soul society using the Quincy equivalent of flash step, I can believe that stronger creatures have light speed attacks. Feel like this was more of an obvious "debate" since Bleach verse mostly outscales BC a hundredfold. It'd be more interesting to see how far Asta could get in the Bleach verse, for someone you could midball into their speed into trillions - quadrillions ftl and multi-galaxy, rather than go against a top 3 in the verse that wipes thousands of other verses.
Speed scales are really not consistant in both series, I can scale ichigo to MFLT+ with just 1-2 Statements in the manga/anime. When ichigo was leaving the soul king palace, krinji said it would take around a week to travel with flash step, And In the Databooks Flash step is considered to be light speed. I can do the calculations, He travels 181,314,478,598,400 meters in 4 hours. Which makes his speed around 755,476,994,160 m/s, which is around 2520 times the Speed of light. Ichigo travels at this speed in base, now if we do the shikai boost, makes it 12600 times the speed of light, The HOS multiplyer, 63,000 times the speed of light.. Then the Bankai boost, 630,000 times the speed of light. And In bleach there is also multiple types of flash step for different species, ichigo has all of them and they also stack. And after all calculations his speed is around, 2.5 MILLION TIMES THE SPEED OF LIGHT. All I did was take 2 statements from the anime and 1 statement from the databook, and all are just calulations and maths. Now I now this is bullshit. BUT THAT IS WHY SPEED FACTOR IS INCONSISTANT. Plus nobody talks about kenny literally breaking space and time with pure strenght.
Great video. Both sides were represented fairly (at least from little I know about BC scaling) but a bit disagree at 12:50. Bleach speed can get insane too via Royal Palace calc if we don't go into infinite speed metas (in which case it's kinda the same anyway). Iirc Mimihagi gets to like tens of thousands times ftl if we take Ichigos travel speed as lightning speed. Tbh can see Black Clover getting ridiculous too with more calcs but just fyi. Bleach recently also got dumb higher metas with 4D-5D due to garganta but it's complicated and contentious lol
@@Br0ku yah about part with 15000 ftl putting it above Bleach. It more so puts them around equal since aforementioned Royal palace calc gets Mimihagis speed at absurd numbers. Calc is basically just finding space between Royal palace and SS which than gets used to find speed of mimihagi. To do so you just take different travel speed values for Ichigo and multiply them by 9 hours. Even if we take his speed as lightning (12000) mimihagi already jumps to like millions times ftl. This calc is a bit contentious cause you have to assume travel speed but dumb numbers do make sense here as shown by anime depicting RP VERY far away from SS and them deadass kinda check out with calc stacking numbers

As someone loving both series, I'd probably favor Ichigo in a very good fight. The best analogue I can think of is Dooku vs Anakin in AOTC, with Ichigo being Dooku and Asta being Anakin. Ichigo would dominate the fight, but Asta would still perform very well and he'd certainly impress Ichigo. Realistically tho... I'd see them becoming friends xD
Ichigo could crumble the entire world of black clover just by releasing his spiritual pressure, and he wouldn’t even have to swing his sword, and maybe even without activating bankai. Ichigo clears
I think the multiversal scaling for Bleach is actually pretty commonly accepted now since the anime of Squad 0. I actually think your scaling of Ichigo and Bleach is pretty spot on here bro. Good stuff.
The "calculations" most people use for power scaling and nerd battles seem to always jump to conclusions that aren't reasonable. Example. Speed. Asta isn't faster than light speed since most of the light magic is actually very slow. He's a human.

Even ignoring the times it says light magic moves at light speed. you still have the problem of licht turning into light being portrayed a teleportation, so even if the bullets and sword don't move at light speed, you still have to explain that.
I'm so glad to see my favourite shonen get the respect they deserve. Cross-verse power scaling videos are often leave people with some sort of disagreement, but this was super well informed and it touched on everything I could think of. I enjoyed watching this. I do agree with most of the outcome, that Ichigo is way stronger than what speed edge you can give Asta (though I do think Ichigo may have a case of being around the same level of speed if we go by similar linear scaling, of which Squad 0's spiritual pressure crossed the realms and in the latest episodes, we have Uryu reacting to her more focused attacks, and Ichigo is much faster than him). I do also agree Ichigo is a superior swordsman than Asta but Asta is still underappreciated just as much as Ichigo is, and if we are going by a battle of length between these two, Ichigo would come out on top. Still, loved seeing both Ichigo and Asta together in a video. Something I was thinking of in the future would be Kenpachi vs Mereoleona.
poor, poor, poor mereoleona. in terms of combat prowess, kenpachi blows everyone else clear out. in safwy (i think it was that one, might have been cfyow), he was able to bust through the garganta via sheer force. which, noteably, is a 4 dimensional space.

some things i would like to point out, we don't exactly know how much of dorothys glamor world is real/physical and how much is just empty space as it's never stated so it could scale anywhere from being similar to a DE in JJK where only the immediate area surrounding the characters is physical and the rest is just aesthetic/cosmetic background, could also be a infinite physical pocket dimension (think of hits time skip in DBS) or it could be similar to phoenix mans mindscape from OPM where the realm itself doesn't actually exist and instead exists inside dorothy/phoniex mans minds but in dorothies case she can pull others into it (hoping tabata at some point examples exactly how glamour world works), as for swords man ship realistically speaking astas swords don't fit his size/build as his swords would be better suited for some one like guts whos much bigger/taller then asta so even though asta is strong enough to lift and wield them his movements would still be somewhat awkward and not as efficient/good compared to if he was wielding swords that were perfectly suited for his design/build so his potential as a swordsman is reduced/hindered by this issue (now i know this is a anime/manga not real life but still his swords do not fit/suit his size which should be a problem) where as ichigo on the other hand is confirmed to know a specific sword style (i believe kendo) along with all the other styles he learns or atleast assimilates into his own but on top of that he is also a adept/martial artist which grants him knowledge on how to use the human body and fight human opponents in a way asta doesn't have (i know asta has physically trained alot but he is a swordsman and body builder/gym bro type not a swordsman/martial artists like ichigo is and although strong a body builder/gym bro is no where near as knowledgeable or efficient regarding the human body as a martial artist,esp in regards of how to fight/subdue human opponents) and unlike asta ichigo is wielding a sword/swords meant/tailored for his size/build so he is also overall much more skilled and efficient then asta without even factoring in there duels vs other swordsman in there series, lastly i wanna point out that asta was immune to lucius power nullification bc it's a mana based power nullification meant to nullify/suppress a opponents mana/magic but asta uses anti magic which is the hard counter and basically the better/superior version of lucius power nullification since it not only does the same thing but better it also cancels lucius power nullification bc it's a mana/magic based ability which is why asta is immune to it, ichigo on the other hand wouldn't have this issue as reitsu aka spirit power isn't mana/magic that asta would nullify and as shown when he trained in the land of the rising sun his anti magic cannot nullify non mana/magic abilities as he even stated he couldn't nullify ki based/powered attacks since there not mana/magic meaning ichigos reitsu suppression would work on him and depower and likely even straight up seal away most/all of astas AM/power considering the power gap between them, the greater the power gap in bleach the more the stronger character can suppress the weaker 1 to the point where if the gap is big enough the can even straight up kill the weaker character with there spirit pressure/aura alone as shown when aizen instantly disintegrated/vaporized regular humans that got near him just by letting his aura leak out, regardless of how you scale glamor world feat i do agree that ichigo beats asta the vast majority (i'd even argue 100%) of the time as the only thing asta has on his side is speed but the speed gap is no where near large enough to where ichigo wouldn't be able to adapt to it where as asta has alot more issues he would need to adapt 2 and as said in the video it's guarantied ichigo would adapt to astas speed long before asta could adapt to all of ichigos advantages and once ichigo even lands hit it's over and thats assuming ichigo even needs to adapt bc as said asta does have a major issue with stamina as at full power he can can only last a matter of minutes before gasing/tiring out compared to ichigo who can fight for hours,days,weeks no problem and even months if he has to so chances are asta gases/tires out to the point ichigo gets a hold of and shots him without the need to adapt to astas speed.

I haven't been interested in power-scaling in over ten years by now. Last time I had a discussion like that, I shut it down with a simple "shinra tensei." Good ol' times. But I recently had a power-scaling video in my feed that was, in my eyes, honestly ridiculous. So I was curious what a seemingly more grounded approach like yours would look like. And I am pleasantly surprised. It remains to see what heights Asta will reach by the end of BC, but given Ichigo's blatant potential, there will have to be tons of escalations and additional world-building to be done. A destroyer of universes is one thing. But a creator *AND* destroyer of them? I think that is a gap that will never quite be matched with the information in this video.
This was peek Ngl but I do have my disagreements on it such as ichigo’s speed would logically be faster than asta’s speed due to the confirmed multiplier in bleach and how u equalised energy systems more so souls which shouldn’t be the case since in bleach spiritual energy and pressure are completely different from the likes of black clover, in reality asta’s soul would be soul crushed aka erased by ichigo’s presence also not that ichigo has transcended spiritual pressure/energy and how bro has passive fate manipulation. I would agree with the verdict and I thank you for making the video, this was cool of you to do. I am also not against Ichigo but the 3 worlds are planets. Hueco Mundo's entry in the databook should read... DESERT "A large portion of Hueco Mundo is covered by a desert, a silent world of death. An unchanging night covers the sky, an endless white desert covers the ground. The tree-like objects are not plants, but rather quartz-like minerals." Here, we are told that the world has a sky, a ground and is described as having an unchanging night which would depict a comparison other worlds that have day and night. This planet-like description is later shown in the manga when Ishida and Ichigo were there when Ichigo makes the observation that there's more small life forms than he expected and asks what do they live on, Ishida states.... "Hueco Mundo's atmosphere has a high concentration of Reishi." So it has an atmosphere and he also explains on the same page that Rukia was enabled to regain her powers by this process. But also the fundamental fact that the population of the SS is dependent on people who pass from the Living World and the Living World has people from the SS eventually rebirthed into it. Essentially, both have atmospheres and the SS population and Living population are directly dependent on each other and the way that we know the SS recieves their population(at least mainstream if I'm not wrong) is from humanity, which would limit the population to only that of humanity. Basically, they are planets. If they were universes, I'd say Ichigo wins. But they've shown to be planets.

I mean we can make an argument for ichigo being faster via the light novels cfyow where a certain is stated to move so fast that time doesnt flow while he(?) is moving. We also have the kototsu scaling aizen and in turn ichigo to immeasurable speed. The whole power nullificaton thing is kinda weird as those are affects/abilities created by magic and the whole thing about anti magic is to nullify these magic effects. So idk if we can scale asta to have resistance against layered power nullification. Also the main thing about reiatsu is to suppress or outright kill your opponents and not powernull them(i dont consider powernull in vs battles anyway that is result of a power system and not a characters power set) Another big caviat to this is that can we use astas physical durability to scale his souls durability as well cuz we know that all of ichigos attacks would damage astas soul directly. I dont think we can. This again places asta at a huge disadvantage as now he cant take even a single hit from ichigo as a simple sword strike from ichigo would carry enough power to outright one tap asta. All in all i made this a lot more unfair for asta 👍

Btw CFYOW part only puts Hikone at relativistic if we take it out of larger story context (time was moving but very slowly and this was directly compared to effect of light speed on the world), while Kototsu is contentious but possible. CFYOW in general is dumb af for scaling cause Narita likes to write random stuff that sounds cool but is actually straight up worse than randos in mainline series lol

0:23 Common missconception, White is not Zangetsu the spirit. Ichigo is essentially White's reincarnation, and since White had the metaphysical qualities of a zanpakuto, Ichigo's soul had the metaphysical qualities of a zanpakuto, this essentially allowed Ichigo to have a zanpakuto without having a blank blade, since his own soul-body was acting as the "soul-physical" aka the blade. The inner spirit which is a bleached Ichigo is not actually White the hollow that attacked Masaki. Zangetsu(hollow/shinigami) is essentially what happens when a shinigami imprints into an asauchi that is not an asauchi but their own soul and is also a hybrid asauchi with hollow and shinigami reiryoku. That is the reason why it looks like Ichigo and hollow-ish at the same time. The White-like features he actually adquires from the same place he gets his face, Ichigo. Zangetsu's mask doesn't actually resemble White's mask, it resembles Ichigo's mask, it is Ichigo's mask that resembles White's because as I explained Ichigo and White are kind of the same character... For a comparation is a kid buu->uub situation, same soul, different ego. Just that in this case it is a massive composite soul formed from thousands of souls, compressed into the shape of a single soul.
The Glamour World argument is weak because it got destabilized and collapsed, not because they literally destroyed a space that was infinitely large. Why do people hyperbole such obvious things? Are power scalers really that desperate to wank fictional characters?

Though for some feedback i think you can get Ichigo to a higher dimensional plain field, with the garganta also being a soul king creation (if i remember correctly) and it encompassing the 3 world, dangai and hell. Moreover immeasurable speed metas for transcendent characters can be argued from lille's x-axis getting dodged and also the higher dimensionality.
with the speed in black clover one of my main problems with it is you are assuming they can move as fast as their attacks can you dont need to be light speed to dodge it nor do you need to be able to run as you can throw a ball like we can throw and catch attacks several times faster than our top running speed
I'm gonna try to scale Ichigo in hell chapter, however this is can definitely change when Manga continues. So let's start, Ichigo in hell chapter destroyed chains of hell, which was stated in hell by Yamamoto movie to be unbreakable. Spoilers for hell movie, Ichigo destroyed chains of hell in hell movie with a cero. The same cero that almost destroyed the entire hell plus the gate of hell, it was so bad Yamamoto had to show up. So how big is the hell in bleach, it's kinda hard but at least a universe. In the hell movie the hell is made of 5 layers. And each is bigger than the on before, that means if the first is plante the second is bigger than That, the third is 3 times as big as 1, fourth is 4 times, an so on. That means it's at least planetary. However it's also stated the world of living is created to cover the pet aka hell. World of living is at least Universal. All this just for this simple point, Ichigos casual attack is equal to cero, the same cero that almost destroyed hell, the same hell that's potentially Universal. That means Ichigo is uni. I have two things i‘d like to mention, reiatsu nullification isn‘t really like normal nullification, cause like the powers are still active and working, they just won‘t work on a person with massively more reiatsu than you, it‘s more like a shield around the character that negates any ability. Also an Ichigo just after the soul society arc had enough reiatsu to affect the whole world (planet) if he let it go out of control and that was a pretty weak Ichigo, also him just releasing his bankai destroyed a separate dimension that was at least the size of a town if not a whole lot bigger

A lot of people for some reason over look or forget the part in the manga where I believe it’s Ichibei says says that just from Ichigo being on Earth his reiatsu has the potential to destroy the Earth. Not even if he powers up or anything! Just from existing on Earth that his reiatsu or spiritual pressure could destroy the Earth just from him existing since his full potential was unleashed when he got his true dual zanpakutos. Idk if that’s still the case, but I’d have to imagine that someone who’s essence alone just from being alive has the potential to destroy an entire planet is something crazy! And that being would have to be insanely powerful! But again, idk if that’s still the case, or if a work around was found to keep that from happening. I mean a lot of characters can probably do that easily. But the way it was said about Ichigo is like he could walking to the bathroom and his reiatsu leaking out could destroy the Earth lol.

You are one of my fav UA-camrs about power scaling and bleach is one of the most perfect anime for power scaling. Just bring them bleach scaling Broku.
The thing to remember is that the stronger Bleach characters can fundamentally alter the world just by standing in it. Its the whole reason why Ichigo's friends were given passes to go to the soul society whenever they wanted, because there was a big chance that after meeting with Squad Zero and getting Zangetsu reforged, Ichigo would be forced to stay there just because of how powerful he had become.
One small detail I like is the fact that you said "Squad Zero" and not only "Ichibe" are so strong, because people tend to forget about the rest of the squad members. When I read and watch other people scaling and rankings I'm like "bro, you act like Oetsu isn't the god of swords 😭 and a woman who shook 3 universes also belongs to the squad, etc.
Ichigo could be scaled to light speed as early as the first arc, and that was just with rukia’s power. Hisagi, a lieutenant, while drained of pretty much all his spirit energy was still able to dodge a light speed attack. Ichigo himself when fighting Aizen was able to react to Aizen’s teleporting ability. Ichigo’s speed is pretty underrated. Ichigo was able to fight on par with lieutenants and captains due to his hybrid nature. Because of it, Ichigo is able to grow at an incredible rate very quickly. In the light novels another hybrid is made, hikone, and they also grew incredibly fast during battle and was said to experience hundreds of battles even while resting. So it makes sense Ichigo could catch up to them in swords skill.
For light speed call for bleach you can also say negacion from the soul society arc which lieutenant are able to dodge. It’s stated to be light as well, and comes down pretty quick, and then scale from there. If the you don’t consider ceros to be light speed.
aizen stated that you would have to have equal sp or on a higher plane to interact or even perceive them. This was stated when aizen was fighting mugetsu ichigo. So, without verse equalization, asta wouldn't be able to do anything to ichigo
if i am remembering correctly vasto lorde ichigo cero destroyed multiple levels of hell aswell as the gates of hell, of which up to that point it was thought it was impossible to destroy the gates of hell aswell as each floor of hell being universal size so one cero from vasto lorde ichigo destroys multiple universes basically... base ichigo in TYBW is stonger than vasto lorde, TYBW ichigo in bankai with horn of salvation getsuga mixed cero scared yhwach (who was in almighty mode at that) so much that he had to destroy ichigo's bankai before ichigo could fire a cero/getsuga mix... full power asta isnt beating that, sure asta magic nullification maybe able to nullify the power but asta is no where near strong enough to nullify the force that is in the getsuga/cero mix... i am curious though if asta would be able to nullify both the power and force of the cero from vasto lorde ichigo though.
While I do like the outcome of this and very much like how you don't downplay either character, there was some things you didn't think to talk about that could affect this fight heavily though wont really change the end result since it's about ichigo. That being the fact that all his attacks directly target the soul, as all Shinigami weapons are made and designed to fight other souls and will directly damage said soul. While in bleach the soul can naturally recover just like the body can, what would happen to Asta the moment he receives any kind of decent cut? as you said in black clover the soul is the combination of three things including their magic what would happen if they took a hit from something that would directly damage, possibly permanently damage if black clover doesn't have ways to heal, souls.
I agree with most of this. However I kinda feel like Ichigo would have an extra ace up his sleeve with Quincy abilities... Cause even if asta comes at him on the reiryoku side of it... Ichigo could also potentially utilize the reishi... Which he's shown to instinctively do. Like against Yawach with the Blut vein ability. So asta would have to basically anti magic and anti matter simultaneously... Part of my kinda growing theory with Ichigo is his seemingly infinite energy is due to him probably being like a Reishi black hole... Constantly absorbing reshi without knowing it then converting to his spirit energy. Yet also Ichigo has time and time again proved he is faster than his opponents. Sonido, flash step etc. I think it's a perception issue. Like Ichigos reaction time sucks but his speed is insane as well. Over all even adding what I said it still doesn't change the results. Asta is awesome and I agree both are underated.

I personally think the “Can (insert character) see Ichigo” question should always be yes (even if they actually wouldn’t be able to in some instances) for a vs battle. Yeah. I always thought that if the combatants in one universe never have to worry about it, it shouldn't be something that is worried about in a cross universe battle. Takes away the fun.
The same also applies to the Soul Crush argument, because it works heavily in favor of Bleach and pretty much invalidates the purpose of doing a versus battle in the first place.
I mean it is kinda valid though. In the beginning of Bleach Chad had to fight a hollow he didn't see, Rukia had to help him out, also any fight with Tousen in his Bankai that takes away 5 senses counts. Clever fighters can win despite those circumstances which can make a vs battle more entertaining than simply going unga bunga from the start.

loved the video, it was very interesting and made some very good points. i do have a small complaint, recently kubo had directly confirmed that ceros were indeed light speed so it's not really a debatable thing anymore and even without that there is clear light speed feats. i'm so glad seeing someone actually scaling these verses accurately, there's been so much downplay for them that i've been seeing, though tbh i had no clue black clover could be scaled even close to universal.
also i know you were using a highball but i don't think using glamour world to scale asta to universal works very well there's a lot against it, you're point about the tree of qliphoth was a lot better imo.
To be fair, it depends on your source for that- and that’s not me arguing the speed of Cero’s- if Uryu was outrunning his shadow in soul society using the Quincy equivalent of flash step, I can believe that stronger creatures have light speed attacks.

Speed scales are really not consistant in both series, I can scale ichigo to MFLT+ with just 1-2 Statements in the manga/anime. When ichigo was leaving the soul king palace, krinji said it would take around a week to travel with flash step, And In the Databooks Flash step is considered to be light speed. I can do the calculations, He travels 181,314,478,598,400 meters in 4 hours. Which makes his speed around 755,476,994,160 m/s, which is around 2520 times the Speed of light. Ichigo travels at this speed in base, now if we do the shikai boost, makes it 12600 times the speed of light, The HOS multiplyer, 63,000 times the speed of light.. Then the Bankai boost, 630,000 times the speed of light. And In bleach there is also multiple types of flash step for different species, ichigo has all of them and they also stack. And after all calculations his speed is around, 2.5 MILLION TIMES THE SPEED OF LIGHT. All I did was take 2 statements from the anime and 1 statement from the databook, and all are just calulations and maths. Now I now this is bullshit. BUT THAT IS WHY SPEED FACTOR IS INCONSISTANT. Plus nobody talks about kenny literally breaking space and time with pure strenght.

Great video. Both sides were represented fairly (at least from little I know about BC scaling) but a bit disagree at 12:50. Bleach speed can get insane too via Royal Palace calc if we don't go into infinite speed metas (in which case it's kinda the same anyway). Iirc Mimihagi gets to like tens of thousands times ftl if we take Ichigos travel speed as lightning speed. Tbh can see Black Clover getting ridiculous too with more calcs but just fyi. Bleach recently also got dumb higher metas with 4D-5D due to garganta but it's complicated and contentious lol

@@Br0ku yah about part with 15000 ftl putting it above Bleach. It more so puts them around equal since aforementioned Royal palace calc gets Mimihagis speed at absurd numbers. Calc is basically just finding space between Royal palace and SS which than gets used to find speed of mimihagi. To do so you just take different travel speed values for Ichigo and multiply them by 9 hours. Even if we take his speed as lightning (12000) mimihagi already jumps to like millions times ftl. This calc is a bit contentious cause you have to assume travel speed but dumb numbers do make sense here as shown by anime depicting RP VERY far away from SS and them deadass kinda check out with calc stacking numbers

As someone loving both series, I'd probably favor Ichigo in a very good fight. The best analogue I can think of is Dooku vs Anakin in AOTC, with Ichigo being Dooku and Asta being Anakin. Ichigo would dominate the fight, but Asta would still perform very well and he'd certainly impress Ichigo. Realistically tho... I'd see them becoming friends xD

The "calculations" most people use for power scaling and nerd battles seem to always jump to conclusions that aren't reasonable.
Example. Speed. Asta isn't faster than light speed since most of the light magic is actually very slow. He's a human.

Even ignoring the times it says light magic moves at light speed. you still have the problem of licht turning into light being portrayed a teleportation, so even if the bullets and sword don't move at light speed, you still have to explain that.
I'm so glad to see my favourite shonen get the respect they deserve. Cross-verse power scaling videos are often leave people with some sort of disagreement, but this was super well informed and it touched on everything I could think of. I could genuinely sense your passion for both series in this video. Great video man!

I do agree with most of the outcome, that Ichigo is way stronger than what speed edge you can give Asta (though I do think Ichigo may have a case of being around the same level of speed if we go by similar linear scaling, of which Squad 0's spiritual pressure crossed the realms and in the latest episodes, we have Uryu reacting to her more focused attacks, and Ichigo is much faster than him). I do also agree Ichigo is a superior swordsman than Asta but Asta is still underappreciated just as much as Ichigo is, and if we are going by a battle of length between these two, Ichigo would come out on top.
Still, loved seeing both Ichigo and Asta together in a video. Something I was thinking of in the future would be Kenpachi vs Mereoleona.

some things i would like to point out, we don't exactly know how much of dorothys glamor world is real/physical and how much is just empty space as it's never stated so it could scale anywhere from being similar to a DE in JJK where only the immediate area surrounding the characters is physical and the rest is just aesthetic/cosmetic background, could also be a infinite physical pocket dimension (think of hits time skip in DBS) or it could be similar to phoenix mans mindscape from OPM where the realm itself doesn't actually exist and instead exists inside dorothy/phoniex mans minds but in dorothies case she can pull others into it (hoping tabata at some point examples exactly how glamour world works), as for swords man ship realistically speaking astas swords don't fit his size/build as his swords would be better suited for some one like guts whos much bigger/taller then asta so even though asta is strong enough to lift and wield them his movements would still be somewhat awkward and not as efficient/good compared to if he was wielding swords that were perfectly suited for his design/build so his potential as a swordsman is reduced/hindered by this issue (now i know this is a anime/manga not real life but still his swords do not fit/suit his size which should be a problem) where as ichigo on the other hand is confirmed to know a specific sword style (i believe kendo) along with all the other styles he learns or atleast assimilates into his own but on top of that he is also a adept/martial artist which grants him knowledge on how to use the human body and fight human opponents in a way asta doesn't have (i know asta has physically trained alot but he is a swordsman and body builder/gym bro type not a swordsman/martial artists like ichigo is and although strong a body builder/gym bro is no where near as knowledgeable or efficient regarding the human body as a martial artist,esp in regards of how to fight/subdue human opponents) and unlike asta ichigo is wielding a sword/swords meant/tailored for his size/build so he is also overall much more skilled and efficient then asta without even factoring in there duels vs other swordsman in there series, lastly i wanna point out that asta was immune to lucius power nullification bc it's a mana based power nullification meant to nullify/suppress a opponents mana/magic but asta uses anti magic which is the hard counter and basically the better/superior version of lucius power nullification since it not only does the same thing but better it also cancels lucius power nullification bc it's a mana/magic based ability which is why asta is immune to it, ichigo on the other hand wouldn't have this issue as reitsu aka spirit power isn't mana/magic that asta would nullify and as shown when he trained in the land of the rising sun his anti magic cannot nullify non mana/magic abilities as he even stated he couldn't nullify ki based/powered attacks since there not mana/magic meaning ichigos reitsu suppression would work on him and depower and likely even straight up seal away most/all of astas AM/power considering the power gap between them, the greater the power gap in bleach the more the stronger character can suppress the weaker 1 to the point where if the gap is big enough the can even straight up kill the weaker character with there spirit pressure/aura alone as shown when aizen instantly disintegrated/vaporized regular humans that got near him just by letting his aura leak out, regardless of how you scale glamor world feat i do agree that ichigo beats asta the vast majority (i'd even argue 100%) of the time as the only thing asta has on his side is speed but the speed gap is no where near large enough to where ichigo wouldn't be able to adapt to it where as asta has alot more issues he would need to adapt 2 and as said in the video it's guarantied ichigo would adapt to astas speed long before asta could adapt to all of ichigos advantages and once ichigo even lands hit it's over and thats assuming ichigo even needs to adapt bc as said asta does have a major issue with stamina as at full power he can can only last a matter of minutes before gasing/tiring out compared to ichigo who can fight for hours,days,weeks no problem and even months if he has to so chances are asta gases/tires out to the point ichigo gets a hold of and shots him without the need to adapt to astas speed.

@@Br0ku is there a databook that mentions exactly how dorothy's glamour world works? all i have seen is that it's a infinite sized pocket dimension but never seen any real proof regarding exactly whats it's made of and how it works so it's a very vague feat and depending on how some one interprets the feat (the 3 examples i gave are just some ways it could scale) can result in it being weaker,the same or stronger then what you and others say, seen several videos,websites or just talked to people and her glamor world feat is all over the place which is why i said i hoped tabata could officially say/write down how it works so it can be properly scaled (if 1 already exists i'd love to know) since tabatas the only 1 that truly knows how glamor world works since he created the ability.
I haven't been interested in power-scaling in over ten years by now. Last time I had a discussion like that, I shut it down with a simple "shinra tensei." Good ol' times. But I recently had a power-scaling video in my feed that was, in my eyes, honestly ridiculous. So I was curious what a seemingly more grounded approach like yours would look like. And I am pleasantly surprised. It remains to see what heights Asta will reach by the end of BC, but given Ichigo's blatant potential, there will have to be tons of escalations and additional world-building to be done. A destroyer of universes is one thing. But a creator *AND* destroyer of them? I think that is a gap that will never quite be matched with the information in this video.
This was peek Ngl but I do have my disagreements on it such as ichigo’s speed would logically be faster than asta’s speed due to the confirmed multiplier in bleach and how u equalised energy systems more so souls which shouldn’t be the case since in bleach spiritual energy and pressure are completely different from the likes of black clover, in reality asta’s soul would be soul crushed aka erased by ichigo’s presence also not that ichigo has transcended spiritual pressure/energy and how bro has passive fate manipulation. U would need to prove that asta can nullify soul manipulation that isn’t magic based and resist spiritual energy/pressure on ichigo’s lvl but other then that from first listen this vid had near perfect representation of these characters

Here, we are told that the world has a sky, a ground and is described as having an unchanging night which would depict a comparison other worlds that have day and night. This planet-like description is later shown in the manga when Ishida and Ichigo were there when Ichigo makes the observation that there's more small life forms than he expected and asks what do they live on, Ishida states....
"Hueco Mundo's atmosphere has a high concentration of Reishi."
So it has an atmosphere and he also explains on the same page that Rukia was enabled to regain her powers by this process.
But also the fundamental fact that the population of the SS is dependent on people who pass from the Living World and the Living World has people from the SS eventually rebirthed into it. Essentially, both have atmospheres and the SS population and Living population are directly dependent on each other and the way that we know the SS recieves their population(at least mainstream if I'm not wrong) is from humanity, which would limit the population to only that of humanity.
Basically, they are planets. If they were universes, I'd say Ichigo wins. But they've shown to be planets.

I mean we can make an argument for ichigo being faster via the light novels cfyow where a certain is stated to move so fast that time doesnt flow while he(?) is moving.
We also have the kototsu scaling aizen and in turn ichigo to immeasurable speed.
The whole power nullificaton thing is kinda weird as those are affects/abilities created by magic and the whole thing about anti magic is to nullify these magic effects. So idk if we can scale asta to have resistance against layered power nullification.
Also the main thing about reiatsu is to suppress or outright kill your opponents and not powernull them(i dont consider powernull in vs battles anyway that is result of a power system and not a characters power set)
Another big caviat to this is that can we use astas physical durability to scale his souls durability as well cuz we know that all of ichigos attacks would damage astas soul directly. I dont think we can.
This again places asta at a huge disadvantage as now he cant take even a single hit from ichigo as a simple sword strike from ichigo would carry enough power to outright one tap asta.
All in all i made this a lot more unfair for asta 👍

Btw CFYOW part only puts Hikone at relativistic if we take it out of larger story context (time was moving but very slowly and this was directly compared to effect of light speed on the world), while Kototsu is contentious but possible. CFYOW in general is dumb af for scaling cause Narita likes to write random stuff that sounds cool but is actually straight up worse than randos in mainline series lol

0:23 Common missconception, White is not Zangetsu the spirit. Ichigo is essentially White's reincarnation, and since White had the metaphysical qualities of a zanpakuto, Ichigo's soul had the metaphysical qualities of a zanpakuto, this essentially allowed Ichigo to have a zanpakuto without having a blank blade, since his own soul-body was acting as the "soul-physical" aka the blade.
The inner spirit which is a bleached Ichigo is not actually White the hollow that attacked Masaki. Zangetsu(hollow/shinigami) is essentially what happens when a shinigami imprints into an asauchi that is not an asauchi but their own soul and is also a hybrid asauchi with hollow and shinigami reiryoku. That is the reason why it looks like Ichigo and hollow-ish at the same time. The White-like features he actually adquires from the same place he gets his face, Ichigo. Zangetsu's mask doesn't actually resemble White's mask, it resembles Ichigo's mask, it is Ichigo's mask that resembles White's because as I explained Ichigo and White are kind of the same character... For a comparation is a kid buu->uub situation, same soul, different ego. Just that in this case it is a massive composite soul formed from thousands of souls, compressed into the shape of a single soul.

Though for some feedback i think you can get Ichigo to a higher dimensional plain field, with the garganta also being a soul king creation (if i remember correctly) and it encompassing the 3 world, dangai and hell. Moreover immeasurable speed metas for transcendent characters can be argued from lille's x-axis getting dodged and also the higher dimensionality.

I'm gonna try to scale Ichigo in hell chapter, however this is can definitely change when Manga continues.
So let's start, Ichigo in hell chapter destroyed chains of hell, which was stated in hell by Yamamoto movie to be unbreakable. Spoilers for hell movie, Ichigo destroyed chains of hell in hell movie with a cero. The same cero that almost destroyed the entire hell plus the gate of hell, it was so bad Yamamoto had to show up. So how big is the hell in bleach, it's kinda hard but at least a universe. In the hell movie the hell is made of 5 layers. And each is bigger than the on before, that means if the first is plante the second is bigger than That, the third is 3 times as big as 1, fourth is 4 times, an so on. That means it's at least planetary. However it's also stated the world of living is created to cover the pet aka hell. World of living is at least Universal. All this just for this simple point, Ichigos casual attack is equal to cero, the same cero that almost destroyed hell, the same hell that's potentially Universal. That means Ichigo is uni. I know it's not consistent, and it can definitely be debunked by kubo.

Asta is weak compared to Bleach characters. Same with weak Naruto characters.
I have two things i‘d like to mention, reiatsu nullification isn‘t really like normal nullification, cause like the powers are still active and working, they just won‘t work on a person with massively more reiatsu than you, it‘s more like a shield around the character that negates any ability.
Also an Ichigo just after the soul society arc had enough reiatsu to affect the whole world (planet) if he let it go out of control and that was a pretty weak Ichigo, also him just releasing his bankai destroyed a separate dimension that was at least the size of a town if not a whole lot bigger

A lot of people for some reason over look or forget the part in the manga where I believe it’s Ichibei says says that just from Ichigo being on Earth his reiatsu has the potential to destroy the Earth. Not even if he powers up or anything! Just from existing on Earth that his reiatsu or spiritual pressure could destroy the Earth just from him existing since his full potential was unleashed when he got his true dual zanpakutos. Idk if that’s still the case, but I’d have to imagine that someone who’s essence alone just from being alive has the potential to destroy an entire planet is something crazy! And that being would have to be insanely powerful! But again, idk if that’s still the case, or if a work around was found to keep that from happening. I mean a lot of characters can probably do that easily. But the way it was said about Ichigo is like he could walking to the bathroom and his reiatsu leaking out could destroy the Earth lol.

The thing to remember is that the stronger Bleach characters can fundamentally alter the world just by standing in it. Its the whole reason why Ichigo's friends were given passes to go to the soul society whenever they wanted, because there was a big chance that after meeting with Squad Zero and getting Zangetsu reforged, Ichigo would be forced to stay there just because of how powerful he had become.
One small detail I like is the fact that you said "Squad Zero" and not only "Ichibe" are so strong, because people tend to forget about the rest of the squad members. When I read and watch other people scaling and rankings I'm like "bro, you act like Oetsu isn't the god of swords 😭 and a woman who shook 3 universes also belongs to the squad, etc.
Ichigo could be scaled to light speed as early as the first arc, and that was just with rukia’s power. Hisagi, a lieutenant, while drained of pretty much all his spirit energy was still able to dodge a light speed attack. Ichigo himself when fighting Aizen was able to react to Aizen’s teleporting ability. Ichigo’s speed is pretty underrated. Ichigo was able to fight on par with lieutenants and captains due to his hybrid nature. Because of it, Ichigo is able to grow at an incredible rate very quickly. In the light novels another hybrid is made, hikone, and they also grew incredibly fast during battle and was said to experience hundreds of battles even while resting. So it makes sense Ichigo could catch up to them in swords skill.
For light speed call for bleach you can also say negacion from the soul society arc which lieutenant are able to dodge. It’s stated to be light as well, and comes down pretty quick, and then scale from there. If the you don’t consider ceros to be light speed.
aizen stated that you would have to have equal sp or on a higher plane to interact or even perceive them. This was stated when aizen was fighting mugetsu ichigo. So, without verse equalization, asta wouldn't be able to do anything to ichigo
if i am remembering correctly vasto lorde ichigo cero destroyed multiple levels of hell aswell as the gates of hell, of which up to that point it was thought it was impossible to destroy the gates of hell aswell as each floor of hell being universal size so one cero from vasto lorde ichigo destroys multiple universes basically... base ichigo in TYBW is stonger than vasto lorde, TYBW ichigo in bankai with horn of salvation getsuga mixed cero scared yhwach (who was in almighty mode at that) so much that he had to destroy ichigo's bankai before ichigo could fire a cero/getsuga mix...
full power asta isnt beating that, sure asta magic nullification maybe able to nullify the power but asta is no where near strong enough to nullify the force that is in the getsuga/cero mix...

While I do like the outcome of this and very much like how you don't downplay either character, there was some things you didn't think to talk about that could affect this fight heavily though wont really change the end result since it's about ichigo. That being the fact that all his attacks directly target the soul, as all Shinigami weapons are made and designed to fight other souls and will directly damage said soul. While in bleach the soul can naturally recover just like the body can, what would happen to Asta the moment he receives any kind of decent cut? as you said in black clover the soul is the combination of three things including their magic what would happen if they took a hit from something that would directly damage, possibly permanently damage if black clover doesn't have ways to heal, souls.
I agree with most of this. However I kinda feel like Ichigo would have an extra ace up his sleeve with Quincy abilities... Cause even if asta comes at him on the reiryoku side of it... Ichigo could also potentially utilize the reishi... Which he's shown to instinctively do. Like against Yawach with the Blut vein ability. So asta would have to basically anti magic and anti matter simultaneously... Part of my kinda growing theory with Ichigo is his seemingly infinite energy is due to him probably being like a Reishi black hole... Constantly absorbing reshi without knowing it then converting to his spirit energy. Yet also Ichigo has time and time again proved he is faster than his opponents. Sonido, flash step etc. I think it's a perception issue. Like Ichigos reaction time sucks but his speed is insane as well. Over all even adding what I said it still doesn't change the results. Asta is awesome and I agree both are underated.
