I came really close to buying a green/blue Miata in the early 2000's but decided it was too small for me. I always thought of a Miata as a Japanese Afla Romeo In the early 1980's I ran accross a 1970 BOSS 429 in Georgia at a Ford dealer, was the owner's kid's car. Bought it for $6000 ! Trailered it back to FL and took it to a lot of car shows and eventually sold it on Hemmings for $9900 Was all original grabber green with black interior. Was curious to see the inside of the engine so removed the heads to take a look. Actually did NOT have a head gasket but metal rings that sat on top of the bores. They peaked in value and now are down but still around $200,000. My 1974 ALFA ROMEO GTV coupe sold in the mid 80's for $3500 to a lawyer in Miami. Actually saw it for sale on eBay a few years ago, think he got $25,000 for it. I put 11:1 pistons in it and a high lift cam, would really put out some HP ! Miss both cars Some really interesting ALFAS here in Brasil that are not imported to the US. I owned a 1996 FIAT COUPE twin plug 2.0 5 speed some years ago here. What a great car. Designed by Pinninfarina Italy, looks like a baby Ferrari. Do a google search for it to see what it looks like Like to have another one some day. LOT of really cool custom Dune Buggies down here too
Yeah, even though I have one every time I get in the miata, I think I remember this being bigger. I had my first one for 5 year's I moved in it twice. Put the top down and strapped everything I could on top of the car. Made like 4 trips and got a lot of waves driving down the highway
Back in the 90's I had some really fantastic sports cars 1986 TOTOTA SUPRA, twin cam inline 6, 5 speed 1986 MAZDA RX7 5 speed, a Mits 3000 killer ! Both were very fast and drove great IF I was to look for a sports car today ; Like the new Mustang COUPE 2007-2010 V6 is ok, has to be a 5 speed SUBARU BRZ 2.5 5 speed, little pricey but looks like a great car A 2003+ RX8 5 speed would be high on my list. I'd have to learn all the tricks of building a rotary engine Have seen some videos on building a rotary and it looks pretty simple OR could have a rotary shop build me one. Be a fun car and probably get me a bunch of speeding tickets along with 10mpg ! Knew a guy who had an old 4 door Mazda like a 1985 with a built up rotary engine, you could hear it a mile away, was FAST !

Hey Bryce! You think you can make a video of early key terms to study before joining A&P school?
That's good conversation perhaps
