- Hi everyone! welcome back to the channel or welcome to Daves Cycles, so for today's video, it is just the unboxing of Casual/Commuter cycling shoes, which is the Velosamba. They came out in 2021 with 4 different colourways mainly black, navy, cream, and white. Adidas, further released 3 new colourways on February 2022 - Vegan edition.
I must say that I am really keen on these shoes, there is no awkwardness when walking with cleats, the gum sole gives you the peace of mind of not slipping on smooth surfaces and stairs and lastly no loud footsteps when walking around shops or office 😭.
I will release another video, giving a detailed review of these shoes. Whether the value of these commuting cycling is worth every penny.

Hi, size is true to fit, ideal for long feet compare to wide fitting, which you will find uncomfortable. I am size 8 UK this fits perfectly with winter socks and summer socks.
Can I acutally buy the shoe for walking around ? Like a normal shoes ?
I dont cycle but I like the look of this one

You can do it but not advisable to do so. The sole of the shoes is very stiff and it is heavy, I actually tried to use it for a day walking around the City. I end up with aching legs and feet were sore.
Also had some sharp pain under my feet, Im not sure how to describe the sharp pain, but it feels like there is a pebble/stone inside the shoes when walking (could be the cleats)
If you like the design of the shoes try checking on Samba Trainers.

The regular Samba ( trainer ) is normal for walking right ?

@andrey Matyazh - thank you bro for watching. Yeah weight makes alot of significance when purchasing the shoes. It will definitely take a toll on the wearer throughout the day
@@daves.cycles and that too. But for me, the weight was important for calculating the cost of delivery.🤣 Delivery from foreign online stores is very expensive🧐
