I’d like to see you try and do a run with the skaven where you’re not allowed to occupy any settlements other than your starting settlement. You can only increase your economy through the under empire.
Ive done this a few times. It is really boring turns out. After I researched everything I saved up enough gold and had a vermintide in every under empire at the same time. Was really cool but good lord it was so much build up for so little pay off.
To reply to ALL of you guys, it’s already been done, it was just done in Warhammer 2. Look for the video “The Doomsphere Detonation Scheme-Plot” by Shoggy Seldom. He played over 200 turns as Ikit, to set up one glorious chain reaction where every settlement on the map that wasn’t Skavenblight got blown to hell by Doomspheres, all at the same time. It. Was. *GLORIOUS!*
The car is amazing. The gear is a single rusty bar, the driver is an unemployed child and the ride is much akin to setting in a blender. Greenskin engineering at it's finest.
12:36 they were in raiding stance, which reduces movement for bretonnia, so when they went into regular stance on their turn they had like 25% or 50% more movement than shown.
I'm fairly certain they recently removed Grom's Pump Wagon from the Waagh chance, which is very clearly a bug. All greenskin factions are supposed to have one iconic unit appear more likely in their waagh armies
Have you considered attempting the zombie apocalypse? Just zombies, zombies attached to wagons, and some random guy to keep them going. I imagine it will be similar to only peasants, just... slower. And with zero range. Unless you consider terrorgeists to be zombie dragons, and therefore fair game.
Love the hilarious antics going on this episode. The damage done to the Dwarfs was amazing, and the destruction of the Giant Slayers was just peak hilarity.
So much fun as Khazrak with massive damage hounds or Razorgore Herd or Malagor with Jabberslythe, chaos spawn or centigors. (Chaos spawn count cause look at them. Gross.
love the editing! at 12.30 i believe the reason the movement range is lying to you is bacause its taking the stance of the army into consideration. its displaying "movement range if they dont change stance" but then they changed from raiding to regular march and "gained" range.
Pump Wagons may not be good at breaching walls. But they are good at being that obnoxious neighbor with the motorcycle gunning the throttle at midnight for no reason and doing donuts while drunk.
I think this game could benefit from some limited randomization in settlement garrisons. Even just one or two units of roughly equal value being swapped out would add at least some variety.
I want to add that I explicitly don't want to see this with Slaneesh b/c _That's Boring,_ Slaneesh already kinda has a justification to go diplo mode, I wanna see some crazy shit like Chorfs patching shit up with the Dawi without even having a looming Skarbrand over their collective heads.
Gor your next challenge you should do wildspirts only from drykas faction. I would imagine the challenge of managing mostly low teir units that arent consistently avaliable all over would be a hard along with the woodelf economy
You should definitely do a miner dwarf run, can only occupy settlements with mines, only miners and blasting charges. I think it would be cool to allow rune magic buffs but if not it would still be fun
A fun but hard challenge is guns/artillery only chaos dwarfs, the early game is tough bc of unit caps but it is entirely doable in realm of chaos, though doing it in immortal empires…
I didn't show it off properly, but it was my only way to get that injured army to safety without risking getting caught in the underway. Also, the forests gain sack value super quickly so it often makes sense to let them recover a bit
These series are super fun. Might I recommend a potential Bloated Corpse only playthrough if you’re up for a potential serious challenge? Not sure how reliable a full army of bloated corpses would be but it’d be interesting to see if you could do enough systematic damage to their armies for your remaining lord to win 😄
Not one comment about the chatgpt short story in 100 comments. I loved the part where the scrappy little Snotling Pump Wagons were leveling entire trees and castles
12:32 They were in raid stance. Raid stance decreases the movement range. The army just changed to normal stance. The game didn't lie to you this time.
what do you think would be a good only x unit for kislev? also the victory phrase is realy wierd, i had a battle where had 68 losses and 2700+ kills and got a close victory. good video my guy i love to see these kinds of videos
Honestly, it's a bit hard with Kislev, their roster is quite small at the moment and the most interesting units are high-tier. As soon as they get some more units, which they're supposed to in one of the next big updates, they could be super fun
I was going to suggest a pseudo lore "Grimgor's Ard Boyz" Playthrough, as Grimgor you can't recruit *any* goblin units because in lore he blamed them for their loss up north for being weak. Though I feel for someone like you that'd be too easy lol
I've had some strange occurrences with the AIs movement range. My last campaign Tic'tak'to manged to move from his settlement, sack my settlement and then magically appear to defend the settlement he just moved from. I don't play lizardmen so this may be some scaly bullshit but I'm annoyed regardless
Tiq'tak'to has a special rite that fully resets the movement range of all his armies. In my case, I just didn't realize that the army was raiding to begin with because their movement range was larger than I expected lol
@BrilliantStupidity scaly bullshit it is! I'm going to wipe those frog loving bastards from the continent out of principle. I will have to look out for the raiding thing in the future. Thanks for the tip.
As someone new to total Warhammer, could someone explain to me what I need to buy to unlock all the factions? All I have are kislev and the various chaos factions
Total warhammer 1 and 2 as well as a ton of DLC's. Right now some of it is on sale on Steam, so I would give it a look and try to only get the factions that you really want to play. I didn't feel the need to buy every faction until I surpassed 1,500 hours total, so it certainly isn't the worst deal in terms of entertainment value, as long as you wait for sales and slowly get the factions you want the most.
Melee attack increases the chance of actually hitting attacks. It goes directly against melee defense for every attempted attack alongside a random roll. There is also a minimum and maximum chance. Weapon strength directly effects damage per successful attack. Bonus versus large/infantry increases both melee attack and weapon strength in relevant situations.
"we're ok in terms of income" shows -2.3k losss at every turn my highest was -900 a turn and i had to save scum 15 turns to stop a whole expansion lol, idk how you survived that, chad status
Yes. That's the point. It's supposed to be hard, but honestly the pump wagons are so powerful right now that this one wasn't a true challenge campaign compared to my previous ones.
I’d like to see you try and do a run with the skaven where you’re not allowed to occupy any settlements other than your starting settlement. You can only increase your economy through the under empire.
Its very easy, you just play ikit and after 200 turns you win
Ive done this a few times. It is really boring turns out. After I researched everything I saved up enough gold and had a vermintide in every under empire at the same time. Was really cool but good lord it was so much build up for so little pay off.
And then end with the infamous?, I hope, video of the guy setting off a warpnuke in EVERY. SINGLE. SETTLEMENT!
To reply to ALL of you guys, it’s already been done, it was just done in Warhammer 2.

OI, PAINT IT RED, IT GO FASTA
12:36 they were in raiding stance, which reduces movement for bretonnia, so when they went into regular stance on their turn they had like 25% or 50% more movement than shown.
Oh shit, good point lol
I'm fairly certain they recently removed Grom's Pump Wagon from the Waagh chance, which is very clearly a bug. All greenskin factions are supposed to have one iconic unit appear more likely in their waagh armies

@cinder8926 Don't even need winds of death with Ghorst, his zombies are pretty much unkillable by anything other than copious amounts of rockets.
Idea sounds super fun, until you realise zombie only ghorst is not only not a challenge, but the optimal way to play that lord lmao
@@elrondmcbong6392 I mean, the real challenge is never being able to autoresolve in that campaign.
Love the hilarious antics going on this episode. The damage done to the Dwarfs was amazing, and the destruction of the Giant Slayers was just peak hilarity.
Greenskins do a little bit of trolling now and then
Those Slayers must’ve been PISSED to be killed by snotlings lmao
Hey i have a suggestion. I would LOVE to see a artillery only campaign for the dwarfs. No particular reason i just think it would be very funny.
Yes
Please yes
I'm becoming better at clicking on notification the second you post
Seeing how you made the wood elfs suffer, next play through maybe do Trees only? Treeant, tree kin ect
Congratulations, you’ve started playing Drycha.
Or Durthu.
Thats every durthu campaign
Loving the top tier content!
Hoping to see a “Beasts Only Beastmen” run soon. Nothing with 2 legs (except lords/heroes).
Really enjoy your videos! always fun to see some interesting challenges in a game with so many options!
Pump Wagons may not be good at breaching walls. But they are good at being that obnoxious neighbor with the motorcycle gunning the throttle at midnight for no reason and doing donuts while drunk.
The one who is one cut brake line from hitting the ditch, right?
I think it be pretty interesting to do a hero only vampire run. It'd take a bit to get it going but once vlad is properly leveled, youd be invincible.
I think this game could benefit from some limited randomization in settlement garrisons. Even just one or two units of roughly equal value being swapped out would add at least some variety.
Quickly becoming my favorite TWWH3 creator
I have a suggestion that i think it would be really funny, a nurgling only or frog only campaing! Keep up the good work 😉
I wanna see a "maintain good relations with all order factions" challenge as like, Skaven or something.
... mostly skaven 'cause I think they're cool.
I want to add that I explicitly don't want to see this with Slaneesh b/c _That's Boring,_ Slaneesh already kinda has a justification to go diplo mode, I wanna see some crazy shit like Chorfs patching shit up with the Dawi without even having a looming Skarbrand over their collective heads.
i hear sea of thieves music in practicly all your total war vids xD i love sot
Aw yes, another episode with the boiz!
Your delivery cracks me up every video, really loving this series
Gor your next challenge you should do wildspirts only from drykas faction. I would imagine the challenge of managing mostly low teir units that arent consistently avaliable all over would be a hard along with the woodelf economy
I've been watching all of these challenges for the last couple of days and forgot to actually subscribe. Done it now, good content 👍
I'm loving the brain man. Really adds
Challenge idea: Vampire Count zombies only
Love the vids the editing is getting better every video! but there is this air of edgy too it. still love the videos keep up the great work man!
I'm so bloody furious how these retched little creatures are STILL so powerful
Great video
love your vids keep it up
You should definitely do a miner dwarf run, can only occupy settlements with mines, only miners and blasting charges. I think it would be cool to allow rune magic buffs but if not it would still be fun
Let's go I got here early! I love the new editing!
Cheers! Thanks for another upload.

Thank you for the new video boss
its beautiful
Oh lord he comin
Thank you for the video.
love it man
janky move to not burn down the woods and going after the dwarfs

Pump wagons are overpowered right now
Not one comment about the chatgpt short story in 100 comments. I loved the part where the scrappy little Snotling Pump Wagons were leveling entire trees and castles
Woah. That new pfp is… powerful
12:32 They were in raid stance.
Raid stance decreases the movement range.
The army just changed to normal stance. The game didn't lie to you this time.
This challenge really reminds me of "Dio Roller attack" meme
Fun fact, that body attached to brilliant? Its not his, he simply possessed some random construction worker just for this video
Who do you think built those pump wagons? Haha
@@BrilliantStupidity exactly, gotta get that labor somehow lol

Wohoo we got another auto resolve!

Even shit tier one basic infantry at max level can be terrifying
Bears 🐻
The movement range indicator lies all the damn time.
Genuinely would love to see Deamonettes only. If you'd be willing eventually.
Totalwar with only ogre bulls
Spears only as high elves
Forgive me I hade no wifi so I could not comment a pun); but I shall next episode!

Sartosa unit only campaign
Since you mentioned this a few times, what does melee attack and weapon strength mean/do?
Melee attack increases the chance of actually hitting attacks. It goes directly against melee defense for every attempted attack alongside a random roll. There is also a minimum and maximum chance. Weapon strength directly effects damage per successful attack. Bonus versus large/infantry increases both melee attack and weapon strength in relevant situations.
Can you do a nurgling only campaign? Sounds fun
Ogres Giant only
Shame there isn't a mod that adds both Snotlings AND Snotling boss can lead armies
how about an only outo resolve campaign?
"we're ok in terms of income" shows -2.3k losss at every turn
my highest was -900 a turn and i had to save scum 15 turns to stop a whole expansion lol, idk how you survived that, chad status
Greenskin sack value is bananas. 20k every few turns easily makes up for -2k
#brilliant
Could you play a campaign for longer than short victory?
Have you considered doing a mortals only tzeench/slaanesh run?
Only magic. Probably nest done with Tzeentch, Teclis, or other powerful casters.
Or, yknow 19 Ogre Firebellies in an army.
I knwo its an actual build but only tree cratures for wood elves , or sea guard for high elfs, mammoths for norsca ,
Have you considered a tomb kings Construct only campaign?
Tomb king no construct is pretty difficult but super rewarding. Definitely recommend trying it out.
i have never seen an enemy ai send out one unit at a time. is that something new on hard difficulty or is just because you have all cav?
yup yuh uh
The BGM is getting really old
I agree, I was just starting to find some new tracks for the next video
Its not good strategy to use 1 unit
Yes. That's the point. It's supposed to be hard, but honestly the pump wagons are so powerful right now that this one wasn't a true challenge campaign compared to my previous ones.
