Hi, I am new to your channel. So excited about water color. Back in the 80's I took a few classes on oil painting. Loved it! But always wanted to try water color. Years later now I am going to be 63 and have been watching your videos a lot of learning. I think I've purchased a small amount of things to start from Hobby lobby at 50% off, now I can maybe start. I am disabled and was looking for something enjoyable to do. You make it look so easy. I also watched the one with your mom. She done really good! And it encouraged me. Will try to do this picture you done in this video soon. I also love the flowers you have done. Thanks so much, June
I love the supportive following you have Emma, Your followers come from a variety of places and experience, You are a thoughtful, sharing person , so completely unpretentious,, I just have to say that if a viewer does not like your video, they are free to express their opinion with a thumbs down, However, I don't believe that they have to give a thumbs down to a viewers comments. I suspect it is the same person that gave the video the thumbs down. Sour grapes!
I've just started watercolor . You use minimum brushes and products and make the maximum impact. I've bin an acrylic artist for a while so this is a huge change for me ! But your helping me keen without our hours of boring chat ! X
I love both of them. Would be pretty framed together in one frame. Everything you create is so magical and beautiful. You are an awesome teacher and artist. ❄️🌙🌠
U make everything so simple, I been painting since a year ago and I didn't know this technique of how to do this perfect pine trees like their structure. You showed it very simple and easy. Thank you so much.
this was my favorite of all the cards on the internet! That little bright spot on the hill under the bright spot in the sky was killer! You are so good!!!!
Wow, all this beauty without reference pictures. Ideas from your mind, huh? And just the first time you painted these.... This is very amazing! Chapeau!!👒
Gorgeous and so impromptu. Very inspiring. First paints already ordered.....a bit more stocking up before I give it a whirl. Did lots of water colour as a child.....so very long ago. Really excited about learning from you. You are a very clear and easy to understand teacher. Thank you.
I’m such a huge fan of your channel. I always learn so much from your videos, yet they are so relaxing and calming to watch!! 💗 much love from california 🥰
Thank you for sharing. Appreciate your explanation of muddy yellow, and importance of clean dry brush. I have been struggling with galaxies. I think this will help a lot.
Really love your watercolour tutorials Emma! You are so talented not just as an artist but as a teacher, you have a lovely relaxed nature about you. I find it therapeutic just watching you paint and engage with your audience. Thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful tutorials. I'm only beginning to get into painting but you make me feel I can do it. I look forward to learning through you. Have a wonderful Christmas. Greetings from Ireland Rosemary🌷
You are the best! I have been watching watercolor videos all day. I am attempting to make my own cards this year for the first time. You have given me courage! These are a bit too advanced for me, but your simpler cards I think I can manage. You make it look so effortless💜
Hi! I am new to your channel. I stumbled across it while searching for some watercolor info. I am a beginning watercolor user (my usual medium is acrylics). I am loving your videos, especially the tidbits of pointers and info you include during painting. Rather than just painting and us following along, I am actually learning as well! Thank you for that!!
They are both beautiful Emma! I love them both!!! Your work is always amazing and I'm so grateful that you share your gift with us! Thank you! I was wondering if you can try doing a snow scene with kids making a snowman or throwing snowballs or even sledding?
Emma, What will you do with these beautiful paintings? Christmas cards or will you frame them? For what else might you use them? Thank you so much for sharing. Stay warm. I wish you could send us some snow here in NC. We still have the a/c on most days, although it's finally cold today.
Hi Emma, I finally got to watch this tutorial even though it’s a month later- and as always- a great and inspirational one. Thanks again for sharing your talent. I am going to give it a try 🙂. And by the way, happy New Year!

Emma these are really beautiful.
Beautiful..I would have added a small twig like grr in the bottom one with a star shining on the top of it ..but that’s my sense of humour lol 😀
😂😂😂. I thought of a spaceship beaming up something. 🤷🏻♀️. That’s were my head goes. But then I look for images in abstract paintings. 😁
Beautiful Emma ...thanks!!
