Kills so many people, assassinates target with sniper rifle which everybody heard, guards start to look for you, but because you were by the exit all you gotta do is walk out and the mission is complete. The guards no longer care for who you are, what you did, not chase after you. The door is a sacred barrier that they are to never leave the building. They respect your escape and you executed it well.
The end is quite funny when security watches you walk out peacefully :P
