guyy You can farm them in NG+ in the frosted hills via phase portal "defend the crystals" use lan reroll to obtain the right phase portal then play through it and quit the game without leaving the portal and rejoin the game in singleplayer this will reset the phase portal and u can start again. The skull will drop rarely from the chests that appear at the end
Same idea as the one behind mad genius hybrid build turned into physical dps outlander. Good thinking.
