ohh m....,my very first time in my more than 50yrs on earth na gumawa ako ng leche flan..i prepared it on christmas day 2021..they`re soo loving it(family & guests)..thanks to your nanay for sharing her secrets to us...watching in French Riviera.
Nagluluto ako ng leche flan & i always use 1 can of condensed lang kaya nagulat ako na nakalagay sa recipe nia na 2 cans of condensed, super sweet na un! Other than that, almost same lng ung alam ko na recipe na masarap din tlga, & i use 1 tbsp lemon instead of dayap(hndi ko sya alam actually hahah)
I believe na a kapag masaya Ka sa ginagawa mo MASARAP ang lulutuin mo, ako kasi hindi ako nagtitikim. Pero proud ako na MASARAP mga luto ko sa nga AMO ko 7yrs na ako sa kanila

Love your mom's and your recipe and techniques of preparing leche flan. I grew up in a Pampango 🏡 home with only my mom's cooking. She was a superb one-of-a-kind home chef! I remember gathering lime from the garden, zesting them and she sieves them in cheese cloth while immersed in the milk mixture. The good old days! Best and God bless 💖

Too sweet yan kung 2 cans of condensed. Nagluluto ako ng leche flan & ang gamit ko lng 1 can lng lagi. So 10 eggs, 1 evap, 1 condensed, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Itry nio 1 lng kc too sweet ung 2 cans

same question. ndi ba 20 egg yolks ksi un ung cnb ni chef.
Too sweet yan kung 2 cans of condensed. Nagluluto ako ng leche flan & ang gamit ko lng 1 can lng lagi. So 10 eggs, 1 evap, 1 condensed, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Itry nio 1 lng kc too sweet ung 2 cans
