- This Sunday, I will share with you my secret ingredient to an extra creamy Leche Flan. And I will also recreate the version of my Lola’s Leche Flan.
The ingredients needed for this are
Eggs
Condensed Milk
Evaporated Milk
Sugar
Vanilla Bean Paste

Hindi ko namalayan ang sobrang daming hinugasan ko na mga pinggan dahil naaliw ako sa panonood ng vlog niyo, Sir Richard.
You make cooking so easy. What I like the most is how you prepare everything during the vlog, sa pag cha chop, sa pag cut ng ingredients, pinapakita.

We have the same recipe also with your lola recipe dun sa province namin in Batangas we use dayap or lime instead of lemon. Pero pag wala talagang dayap or lime we use kalamansi. I enjoy watching you making leche plan. GOD bless you and your family.

Hi Cong…just watched this episode, sabi ng Nanay ko yung sugar syrup ang style nya is burn syrup, putting the sugar in a pan let it melt then put a little bit water to caramelize it bago ilagay sa mga llanera…para daw pg binaligtad, shiny and candy like…yun lang hehe…hope you can try it.

Hi Mayor Gomez, thank you again for sharing your leche flan recipe, some tips in making one and knowledge where it was originated. Your recipe is almost the same with my late mother's, the only difference is she's using 8 pcs large or extra large chicken eggs. So i guess yours is delicious also kasi hindi mgkalayo yung recipe ninyo. This is my husband's & son's one of their favorite dessert. Even my father, sisters, mga pamangkin, cousins and everyone in the family circle love leche flan. But it's been a while since i last cook leche flan for them.
