Great vid! My grandfather has a LGT 125 he bought new in 1982 he said it was $2400 new! I have loved it growing up and I found a 1983 145 last year when I turned 26. very rare tractors only 82 83 this style I believe. I may purchase a 83 165 next week to complete the trio! farm on!
+ponypwr Thanks! $2,400 in 1982 was a lot of money! stay tuned for more! I also love these Fords. Be sure to check out the other videos with our Ford LGT 145 (open sided) with a front end loader. Thank you for saving the tractors!
isavetractors 425 John Deere All Wheel Steering with a cat.0 3 point hitch and rear PTO. Got it with a tiller, trailer bagger, front blade and 6 weights.
i run a 4 cylinder farmall cub with weights, chains, and loaded tires..... 54" blade with touch control hydrualics. i dont mess around lol. i like your garden tractor collection. i really cannot understand why people buy new equipment. its such junk. MTD calls the biggest cub cadet a garden tractor yet it cannot even handle a tiller or single bottom plow and its made out of cheap blown-mold plastics, body panels that are nothing more then powder coated tin crap, and frames lol. what frame? i also have a 1961 IH cub cadet. its no secret to me how they used to be built. by todays standards a cub cadet original is a small machine but really its a little tank

+isavetractors I bought a LGT 165 new back in 1978. I got it with a mower deck and tiller. Kept it for 13 years before trading it.
