Always lovely to listen to your relaxing podcast and enjoy your crafting. Thank you for your book reviews too. I chose to listen to The Maid and really enjoyed it. I kept finding things to do so I could keep listening! Really looking forward to vlogmas, but don't exhaust yourself. We appreciate you taking the time to vlog especially at such a busy time and working too. Take care. 😊
I've missed your videos these past few months and enjoyed returning. Love your taste in patterns and yarn and thank you for the reading recommendations. Excited to listen to The Unlikely Pilgrimage.. Thank you for all that you share. happy new year!
Your colour work knitting looks incredible - I am contemplating my first colour work in 40 years??+ maybe some mittens. Thankyou for a wonderful podcast
Hello Becky, a lovely episode to flop in front of with tea and crochet, thank you! I'm doing some experimental granny squares, alternating rounds of mustard-coloured Jamieson and Smith with some variegated sparkle yarn that runs through dark greys, beiges and reds ... hoping the result will look autumnal! I'd never normally mix 100% wool with man-made but, as I say, it's an experiment. Lovely to hear about all your projects x🙂
Love your projects and book choices. Looking forward to vlogmas. Jane xx
Thank you for the book reports. I love every segment in your podcast but really appreciate the book reviews. I am usually trying to find something to read on my Kobo at 2 am and your lists of books read makes choosing my next great read a lot easier. I may also pick up the Christmas read for my own advent enjoyment…..
A lovely video Becky full of wooly goodness with loads of inspiration! I love all your knitting and your choices of gorgeous wool! I loved reading the Harold Fry book too and didn’t want it to end. I also enjoyed Lessons in Chemistry and don’t know if you’ve read that yet as I think you would enjoy it. Looking forward to seeing you in Vlogmas wearing your Susan Crawford jumper x
Enjoyed that Becky,,,,!!!
So much gorgeous knitting,,,,
You are Busy,,,,,
Love that yule sweater!!!!
Elaine🏡💖see u in vlogmas,,,,
Thank you, I'm so happy with the Yule!! 😊
Lovely knits ahead and now
Thanks, again. I love your podcasts for the mellowness of them, the gardening and books in addition to the knitting. A book that I listen to every December is Winter Solstice by Rosamunde Pilcher. Have you listened to it? Looking forward to vlogmas. It helps get this widow through some long days. What you do here matters!
Thank you so much for your kind comments. I'll have to check out Winter Solstice, it sounds perfect for this time of year! 😊
I've added several from your queue to mine. Thnx!
Yay, I'm glad you found something that you liked! 😊
I love Lettlopi too. I have knitted three Felix jumpers with it. Lovely and warm but lightweight.
I agree, it's a great yarn! 😊
Hello Becky - this is the first time I’ve watched your podcast and I enjoyed it very much ❤your Yule jumper by Susan Crawford is a delight! I love colourwork and I recently made the Shetland Wool Week beanie for 2023 but ooh a full jumper - now that’s something to think about! I adore your yarn choices - especially the John Arbon yarn - I’m knitting a cardigan in Devonia at the moment - the colour is Nightshade and I really love the beautiful heathered effect it has. Thank you for the book recommendations - “The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry is going on my to-read List” thanks again Elizabeth 😊
I'm just digging my way through a tot bag with a bit of everything in it while following along. I too read the maid last month. It was a very different book for me but I did enjoy it. See you soon.x
Thanks for watching! 😊
Thank you. Very beautiful color work sweater! And I agree the other color work vest is beautiful. happy knitting.
Thanks so much - I can't wait to swatch for the tank top! 😊
I love your cowl!!! Could you write up a quick pattern or recipe for your cowl?? Or at least how many stitches you casted on and how you increased?
Thank you! Unfortunately I can't remember what I did at all - head like a sieve!! 😊
Ooohhhh 🥺💕 the trip to whistlebare with Jack was such a dreamy day. I ended up getting the same color to bring back for my mom as well 🥰
Thank you for another lovely podcast Becky. I always find them so relaxing and inspiring. So pleased you are going to do vlogmas, always my favourite!! Take care.

Thank you for sharing your knitting world. Your colourwork Christmas jumper is beautiful. Happy knitting 😊🧶🐰❤️
I completely agree about The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry - it is an outstanding book! I read it on my kindle a few years ago, have just finished the audio book and have every intention of buying a hard copy, so I have it ready to read again someday...
Love love all your fo’s and your plans for future projects, you always manage to inspire me no end!
Great to see you and Harvey again. Your Yule sweater is really beautiful. I enjoyed seeing what you have on and off the needles. Thank you very much.

Lovely surprise to see you had recorded again Becky and this was so enjoyable. Loved all of the knitting, all of the yarn, and picked out another couple of books I'd like to read. Thank you!

Thanks for the lovely visit...just what I needed on a Monday❣️ Your Swiss Dot Shorties are fantastic using the self striping yarn...I definitely want to do a pair the same way 🧦 And thank you for the mention 🥂 The name wasn't really supposed to be a tongue twister 😉
Aww, thanks Nancy- they were a really lovely knit. Sorry about messing up your channel name - and I wasn't even drinking wine!! 😊😊 x
How lovely to see that you had uploaded another podcast. Some gorgeous yarn featured. I even managed to finish off hubby's cabled sweater. ( I appear to have been stuck on Sleeve Island for yonks!) Now I can get on with other WIPS. And maybe a new cast on. Always get a buzz around the prospect of a new project!
oooh, there's nothing like a new cast on when you've finished a long term WIP - enjoy! 😊
What a treat your podcasts are! Please pass on my best wishes for happiness and health to your father for me. I hope that Flossie and he are reunited soon.
Thank you! Dad reads the comments so he will love seeing your message! 😊

Oh, and after finishing the book about Queenie, be sure to read the final one about Maureen. All excellent reads!
Yes, I saw that there was one about Maureen too - I shall be checking them out! 😊
I actually read the “Pilgrimage “ book years ago and loved it. I think it was the first book I ever read on my kindle app.
It was so lovely. Thanks for watching! 😊
That Yule sweater is amazing! I can't imagine being able to do that! Such talent!
Thank you, it's really not difficult, it just takes a bit of patience! 😊
Love following your channel. Please make sure to read the follow up ‘The Love Song of Queenie Hennessy’. It is a good read too 💛Glenda
Your Yule sweater is amazing, love it.
Thank you - it's a great pattern! 😊
Your Yule sweater is beautiful!!
Thank you! 😊
I’m a rather new viewer but I must say I absolutely love the energy of your podcast. I was wondering if you could tell me the title of the first book you mentioned that you loved so much. I couldn’t pick up the name of the book. Also, I can’t figure out how to see all the information on Ravelry. I went on your page but I couldn’t find it 😢. Thank you!
Welcome to the podcast and thank you for taking the time to comment! The book was The unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry. Which pattern were you looking for? You can always type them into the Ravelry search bar - I have written them on the screen. Sometimes UA-cam can be a bit glitchy with the links.
Have a look at the most recent podcast from Roxanne Richardson, she talked a bit about planned pooling.
Thanks, I will! 😊
Hi
Can't get your recommended podcasters link to work!
Thanks for letting me know - sometimes this happens but it should be working fine now...
