Here are my new overhead microphones that I got from thomann. A huge improvement for the sound. Of course you can get even
better microphones if you are willing to pay a lot more but in my opinion these mics offer an amazing value for their price!

The new overheads sound sweet. They give more room ambience and sustain to the overall sound, but mostly in the cymbals and hi-hat. Great job on the outro drumming as always. Cheers! 🍺

sry für das off topic, aber wo kriege ich den trigger von trigmic (laserversion) im deutschsprachigen raum erworben? dein amazon link ist tot und die verlinkungen zu den vertrieblern scheinen auch nicht mehr aktuell zu sein. zumindestens bekommt man unter der angegebenen nummer niemanden erreicht. hoffe du kannst mir weiterhelfen.

Hast du es mal über die facebook Seite von TrigMic versucht? Da steht zumindest, dass sie normalerweise innerhalb weniger Stunden antworten.
so if i wanted to record could i just use these overheads and bass drum triggers, would that sound good or would i need tom and snare mics too?
Depends on what quality you want! Of course micing everything would be better, but if you just want to start recording drumcovers or something 2 overheads plus trigger would work. However, I personally would try different positions for the ohs, because when you have them above your drumset the cymbals might be too loud compared to the rest. When I started with a minimal setup on youtube it worked best for me to put the mic(s) in front of the drumset.

Can I play fast with cheap pedal (I have mapex p500TW double pedal ) I'm stuck at 150 bpm...please help
Yes - I think you can play at least up to 200 bpm on (almost) any pedal!
It would be a cool effect if you did the intro from the other side of the screen, so the cut doesn't come without any 'transition'
Is it possible to get decent sound just with these 2 mics, without any mic on toms and kick? I dont need professional sound, just for jamming and editing videos for instagram. Thanks you in advance.
If you use them as overheads the sound will be too much focussed on the cymbals. But you can try to put one mic above the drumset and one in front of it to catch the bass drum.

The T.Bone SC140's sound a hundred times better according to various UA-cam videos, than the T.Bone EM700's I have, and only double the price. T.Bones are really a mixed bad. Some models are excellent, some mediocre, some simply garbage. Are there any such hidden gems in the T.Bone large diaphram condenser microphone lineup?
You can hear the diference better if you wear a headset or something.
