The exhaust is unnecessary :D I put 5 of those engines without exhausts and connected them to like 7 large propellers, smacked some retractable hydrofoil onto the boat and it goes 100+ m/s (direct input from the linear sensor to the dial) so it makes pretty much 200 knots or 360 kph :D If ya people want to check it out, its called Thunderboat 100 (WIP) by Shalashaska. Simple design with speed only as a goal ;)

Please make it use pististons with lanth 1 and stack them and the block should be the more pististons on the pistin and other blocks tower to make graphs and make it do complex numbers if you want it to do complex numbers.

you could also connect the "wings" to a altimeter, and then maybe an add logic and then you can input the desired height and the boat will keep that

just use a single jet and mount it a block higher in the back so it doesn't tip up as much.
Whoah, those are some seriously inefficient turbojets! They need some bypass air to increase that efficiency.

that's impossible. In scrap mechanic water is just a mod and thus the physics aren't great.
