After seeing your acl recovery videos for months its my time to go into surgery lol im not at all nervous about being operated but its the other things that concern me that are a part of the surgery process, i've heard some wild things. Is there something i should be concerned about or is there something daunting that happens other than your knee being operated?

Nice man! Glad I could help.
Surgery was pretty straightforward just pain and soreness for about a week but the painkillers made it not bad. Not sure about other things happening besides the operation and the preparation to it with nerve block or anesthetic shots.
      You got this bro💪

That's a big volume of activity for legs only in one session. Maybe too much? How nany sets/exercises/reps did you do?

      A lot lol.
Yes it is but it is necessary to get my leg strength back to par for it to be safe to play sports. I’m at the point where I can do basically everything but high intensity agility and sports. It is completely safe for me right now to do high weights, running, and sprints. Agility and sports is where I still am not cleared.
3-4 sets per exercise. 5 sets for my single legs exercises. 5-8 Reps. 8-10 exercises total. Usually twice a week.
I guess it all depends where you are at in progression/physical therapy. I am feeling really good lifting wise and still getting comfortable with agility. Everyone is different.💪

You should be good whenever you stop taking medicine but to be safe confirm with your doctor/physical therapist. They have better answers for questions like that than me.
