    🔹Ingredients🔹
    ✔Yogurt or thick kefir - 150 g.
    ✔Oatmeal - 150 g.
    ✔Butter (soft) - 70 g.
    ✔Egg - 1 pc.
    ✔Water - 50 ml.
    ✔Salt - 1/4 tsp.
    ✔Sweet substitute (I have stevia + erythritol) - 30 g or to taste.
    ✔Apples - 1-2 pcs. (240 g).
    ✔Raisins - 50 g.
    ✔Cinnamon - 1 tsp. (optional).
    ✔Rice flour - 150 g (can be replaced with any other).
    ✔Baking powder - 5 g.
    ✔More love and good mood (required).
    🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 20-25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

    ✅You can use any sugar substitute that suits you.
    ✅If your yogurt is more liquid, you may need a little more flour, the dough should not spread.
    ✅ Instead of cinnamon, you can use vanilla or other flavors and spices.
    ✅Rice flour can be replaced with whole grain, almond, oatmeal or other flour that suits you.
