Beautiful selection! Very sad to say but out of over 300 knives I only have 7 modern ones and none are high end but they will cut! Thought about getting more but something vintage always gets in the way!

I share your views on the 940. Its one of my favorite modern folders. Been carrying the griptilian lately. I usually carry one traditional and one modern folder. Thanks for another great video. Have a peaceful Sunday!

Simple guy here ( me), brother gave me a Spyderco Delica 20 years ago. I have carried that one mostly since . Collected others , but always seemed to pick that one up for the day. If by chance I go to the big city - I do carry something ‘larger’ ..
but 99 percent it’s a Delica.
I collect and minor clean up of older USA made traditionals and fixed blades .
I just love the easy one hand opening of the Spydercos , when you have that muscle memory of always carrying one, they seem to come out open in your hand with out a conscience thought.

Hi Abby they better be treating you like the queen you are. I’m really excited about my Colt folding hunter to arrive. I’ve got a couple of rough rider canoes 🛶 that I really like but I’m interested in getting a Case canoe. It’s funny because I found a Case folding locking hunter at my local pawnshop I got for $70 but I sold it immediately after for $210.00 kind a wish I kept it. I’m really 6:21 excited about this modern video. I love modern knives it’s just there lots just way over priced. I would have loved to see Mrs. Abby playing something heart warming to me I’m a big softE for sure. I’m always grateful you share her. Cool looking knives brother! I have my fair share of moderns but i still prefer the traditional and especially the fixed blades. Do i carry a "modern" daily yes, my Buck 285 Bantam. But i also have my trads with me too.

@@HTS_EDC yes sir they do. I will be honest, i would rather carry a lockback(hence the Bantam) then a regular traditional knife. I only trust lock backs over any other locking mechanism. It's a serious safety factor for me.

HT I’m trying, trying to have a hint of interest in your moderns, which are spectacular, I’m sure, but there’s nothing there. That Uncle Henry small folding Hunter puts all those others things to shame … In my humble opinion Sir, it’s an Outstanding knife

I’m not a big fan of modern knives, I’ve seen a few that have caught my eye, but I prefer traditional patterns more. Spyderco probably makes a incredible knife, but the visuals don’t do a thing for me, it’s just not my thing. Have a awesome day brother, I’m praying for all the fine folks who were affected by the storm, I lost my home to fire years ago, it was the most humbling experience of my life.
