It also makes a smaller can so you can take more to the scrap yard in one trip saving resources overall.
We've had a pneumatic can crusher in our family for 30 years now. Pro tip: Drill a small hole in the can holder/fixture, dead center, opposite the piston and load the cans in the crusher so the open end is opposite the piston. The first time you hit a can with a swallow left in it and you _don't_ do as suggested, you'll regret it... I'd also ditch that top support gusset and thicken the base to add the structure back too (that's how ours is built). When you have enough saved up you put your account card in the machine and it will ask you how much you want and it gives you cash back. what you *NEED* to do @WatchJRGo is now create a 3D printed vertical gravity feeder (or timed?), a simple rotating disc that has a hole or holes to allow one can to pass through as "timed", so you could put like 20-30 cans in the "magazine", whichi s on top of the crusher, drops one into the crusher, waits for return, then drops another, so you could literally automate crushing a bunch more cans in a lot more time. And you could even make a double, or triple 'chute' magazine for even more and longer auto-crushes. :) Whos with me?

It’s all in the name of (belches) science!!
6:36 First time any instructions were looked at on WatchJRGo.. and we were there for that! History has been made..
We need to make a t-shirt commemorating this momentous occasion!!
Cans here in Oregon are worth a dime each so everyone saves em and turns them in. We use it to feed our cars and things. If you don't want to turn in your cans leave them out and the homeless folks will grab them.
We have to take them to a recycler in bulk 🍻
Well that truly sucks. We actually have a setup where you sign up and buy a bunch of green can bags and take them to a redemption center. They count up what you bring in and apply it to your account. When you have enough saved up you put your account card in the machine and it will ask you how much you want and it gives you cash back. We don't even feed the cans in, they take them and machine count what's in the bags you turn in.
No bottle deposit in Kansas
@Michael Curley yeah, I've seen them in my garbage cans in the driveway trying to find cans on my camera but we never leave anything out they can take. It pays for gas so not giving them away.
Here in NYC we return the empty cans to the store and collect five cents for each one. 20 cans equal one dollar.
I would have never been able to do that math without you.
LOL, your welcome
Nice to see both of you sporting the same hairdo, What do they call that cut? "The Wichita bowl cut"

Amazon scam got me here can crushing sequence made it all worth the while. Good to see you finding yourself at the new shop and enjoying your time there doing whatever you want.
Literally was satisfied watching a video about can crusing..... no regrets
Just waiting for Milwaukee to come out with an M18 Fuel brushless can crusher. Gabe content FTW!
Assembly sequence: highlighting the time-traveling teleportation magic of jump cuts.
It's ok - remember Uncle Rico got scammed with his time machine purchase. It happens to the best of us.
😂🤣
I don't remember the last time I laughed so much. J.R. & Gabe, the comedic duo. Awesome
They should definitely sell an air powered scam seller crusher at amazon. Hard to believe they can’t police this crap. But maybe they don’t want to. I used to like amazon. But I hate this crap so much. I close the app and go almost anywhere else for a product as soon as I see a bs price come up on top.
what you *NEED* to do @WatchJRGo is now create a 3D printed vertical gravity feeder (or timed?), a simple rotating disc that has a hole or holes to allow one can to pass through as "timed", so you could put like 20-30 cans in the "magazine", whichi s on top of the crusher, drops one into the crusher, waits for return, then drops another, so you could literally automate crushing a bunch more cans in a lot more time. And you could even make a double, or triple 'chute' magazine for even more and longer auto-crushes. :)
Whos with me?
