*20/40/60yard broncos 2min EMOMs - Every 2mins starting on the goal-line, start the timer, run to the 20-yard line and back, then to the 40-yard and back and then to the 60-yard and back - this should take about 60 seconds, when the timer gets to 2mins, go again. Repeat every 2 minutes for a total of 4 efforts.
