You have that dose rate on contact which isn't NOTHING, but shouldnt pose any real health concerns unless you slept with that every night for your whole life. I'd be more concerned if whatever is putting off that dose gets loose in your house. If your instrument is +/- 25% efficient, and you've got 25,000+ CPM, youre looking at 100X the legal "Contamination Area" levels for the US standards, and you'd have a high liklihood of internal deposition...which could lead to a higher liklihood of certain cancers.
