@user-lw6ll7in7v it was very nice ,people were very nice too, casinos, restaurants, concerts, cheaper than most the states, very unique opera house,a lot to do and see if you like to be outside and know how to look for,NHCC ( national hispanic cultural center) offers great performance from all over the world including a Flamenco festival,so good, that you probably won't find it in Spain,I can't say enough, now ,unfortunately, going down the hill at the speed of the light, but it's happening in the whole country.
This is such an outstanding video! It's packed with helpful and insightful information. Finding affordable, livable cities in the U.S. isn’t easy these days, and you’ve done an amazing job highlighting great options. I recently created a video on a similar topic as well. Looking forward to seeing more from your channel-thank you for sharing!
Great recommendations! Safety and affordability are top priorities when choosing a place to live. Thanks for highlighting the safest and most affordable options in the United States for 2024.
While Pittsburgh's city population is around 300,000 the immediate metropolitan area's population is 2.4 million. The extended metro area has 2.9 million.
With the newly welcoming migrant friendly cities, the latest crime rates needs to be revised and taken into consideration as well. I would watch out for cities that have or will "defund the police"! The accessibility to health care. i.e., without a 6 month wait to see a doctor and for surgical procedures for seniors cannot be ignored. This is happening for some medical professions in some cities in Oklahoma.
I live in Kentucky I will be debt-free by the age of 55, and with the bills on the 900 sq ft home, me and my partner only have to come up with $400 each a month for necessities, not including gas and food. That's it.
Beautiful NH has been voted the SAFEST state in the country! Also has no SS tax, no sales tax, no excise taxes on cars ..."Live FREE or die"! More affordable than MA "Home is where the heart is"! ♥♥
There are no cheap places to live in the U.S. There are places that are not as expensive as others, but none are cheap. Even if you can buy a house cheaper, you have to pay astronomical Property Tax rates compared to many other countries. The Property Tax rates are also high for Cars and Boats. Utility Prices are sky High. Food prices are sky high. You get taxed to death basically and get charged way to much for items by the Corporations. Then, if you get sick, Healthcare is very high, for not that good of Healthcare. Insurance for Health and Property is Very Expensive.
I live in Bogota, Colombia. I pay 300 USD for a large studio with full kitchen, study and bedroom. Lunch, the big meal of the day here costs me 2.50 to 3 USD and includes soup, fresh juice, beef, chicken or por, simple salad and a desert. A movie at a nice cinema costs about 3 USD and most theaters have real food to buy instead of just junk, but you can get that too. The nicer ones have waitressses and bar service. Am going to Uruguay which is more expensive, but nicer with less crime, although crime here is n ot a big issue unless you are stupid or hang in in tourist/gringolandia as they call it
I have lived in Huntsville and after seeing it in this list. I’m considering moving back. I moved to Atlanta and this ain’t where it’s at. Great place to visit but not live as a single man trying to establish himself independently. It’s like slavery 😒
Of these 10, I would choose Greenville, if a girl I was interested in years back didn't live there now....If she ever see me there, she most probably would think I'm still interested in her, and I'm following her! 😮
@@Goodmorningmythicalthat is what I have to consider, looking out a couple years I won't be able to make it on my pension if I don't get out of my area. So I have to move.
All of the towns selected on this list are in the Eastern Time Zone up until number 2, Omaha (i.e. the first 8 were in the EST, and the last two were in the Central Time Zone and NO towns whatsoever in the Mountain & Pacific Time Zones. And this is supposed to be a listing of the best towns to live in all the United States in 2024. Just bogus. And btw - it’s A.I. generated! Duh.

They were trying to get them away from the chaos and hardships of war. Some of them came back to Spain between 1956 and 1959. Others went to Cuba in the 60s. i grew up in Topeka, Ks. have lived in Denver and in the mountains of CO, Portland Or, middle Texas, Phoenix and and Maui.. I am looking at Tennessee or South Carolina for my next move and cannot decide
Both are desirable.
We lived on the state line of NC and SC. Travel to Tennessee many times.
Rio Rancho, New Mexico has low property taxes, great climate, friendly people, great churches. Big city amenities close by, but suburban neighborhood.
Is it safe too?
@@CurtTaylor-n8zNo place in New Mexico is safe anymore.
My daughter likes it there.
@@irfanberd I have never been there but will be heading there on Thanksgiving. Going to check it out for possibly moving there.

I always liked Huntsville. It's a very pretty city with diverse culture & friendly people
Friendly people?? You must be nutz.
Every UA-cam video for Top 10 Cheapest cities to live are all different. lol
how can greenville SC be on the list of safest/affordable places when its crime statistics are above the national average?????
Iowa from ur list but I would go to Maine or New Hampshire first
I agree I lived in Manchester New Hampshire for 2 years great experience I love that place
Is they a disdain for other ethnicities there?
@@Jlaw60WHAT ITS EXPENSIVE HERE
@BecomingYourIdeal The answer is always yes if there are non-black people there.

Grand Rapids Michigan is number one on some lists
Great recommendations! Safety and affordability are top priorities when choosing a place to live. Thanks for highlighting the safest and most affordable options in the United States for 2024.
Live close to Fayetteville arkansas its getting more and more new people from different states at a fast rate.
I like Des Moine, Iowa - maybe I could relocate there!
Thanks for sharing this video..atleast we can see recommendations from ur vlog...❤
verry helpful for me ! , so good thanks
Raleigh NC 😅interesting
Kansas City
While Pittsburgh's city population is around 300,000 the immediate metropolitan area's population is 2.4 million. The extended metro area has 2.9 million.
With the newly welcoming migrant friendly cities, the latest crime rates needs to be revised and taken into consideration as well. I would watch out for cities that have or will "defund the police"!
The accessibility to health care. i.e., without a 6 month wait to see a doctor and for surgical procedures for seniors cannot be ignored.
This is happening for some medical professions in some cities in Oklahoma.
😮v😂ery niceness& very good prices.
This video provides valuable insights into the safest and most affordable places to live in the United States for 2024.

Safety and affordability are key. Any insights on local amenities or job opportunities in these areas? Thanks for sharing this helpful info!
I live in Kentucky I will be debt-free by the age of 55, and with the bills on the 900 sq ft home, me and my partner only have to come up with $400 each a month for necessities, not including gas and food. That's it.
What about Property Taxes, Insurance, etc. That food is expensive here too.
Raliegh NC.
The word is out on Huntsville it’s being taken over and pricing skyrocketing
I think giiwa would be the best place lots of things you like there 😮😮
Bro your channel category??😊
Your list is wonderful, but how can we transplants be accepted by local populace if we don’t know any local?
Raleigh, NC
not cheap lol
I live in Cary, North Carolina
Raleigh is as expensive as Tampa
Midwrst is the best and people most polite.
Well said 🤣
I agree ☝️
I have not found MidWest people to all be friendly if you are not from the Midwest!!
You had me until you mentioned Lafayette, Louisiana. I wouldn't be caught dead there.
Safe from natural disasters and crime would be good.
When a community has to police their own town that is a warning sign.
How do homw prices over 400k qualify as affordable?
Beautiful NH has been voted the SAFEST state in the country! Also has no SS tax, no sales tax, no excise taxes on cars ..."Live FREE or die"! More affordable than MA "Home is where the heart is"! ♥♥
Full meaning of NH, please.
From other channels, SIX states are deemed WORST and/or MOST DANGEROUS actually: S. Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Kentucky?
Des Moines Iowa, gots Tornados..
The weather is the worst in all those states. Humidity & tornadoes
Surprised Ohio isn’t on here
great video
I live in Bogota, Colombia. I pay 300 USD for a large studio with full kitchen, study and bedroom. Lunch, the big meal of the day here costs me 2.50 to 3 USD and includes soup, fresh juice, beef, chicken or por, simple salad and a desert. A movie at a nice cinema costs about 3 USD and most theaters have real food to buy instead of just junk, but you can get that too. The nicer ones have waitressses and bar service. Am going to Uruguay which is more expensive, but nicer with less crime, although crime here is n ot a big issue unless you are stupid or hang in in tourist/gringolandia as they call it
❤❤❤
Actually, i will stay where I am! Rent is too high in all of these places!
False
❤❤
Why u never mention Indiana
Your English makes people in Indiana sound uneducated.
I have lived in Huntsville and after seeing it in this list. I’m considering moving back. I moved to Atlanta and this ain’t where it’s at. Great place to visit but not live as a single man trying to establish himself independently. It’s like slavery 😒
Let's not get carried away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the place it's so nice.
Of these 10, I would choose Greenville, if a girl I was interested in years back didn't live there now....If she ever see me there, she most probably would think I'm still interested in her, and I'm following her! 😮
Lot of crime in Pittsburgh
$400k+ that’s not realistically affordable for the majority of people! WTAF!
Acworth GA
Is this place safe and affordable to rent for someone on a $1500 pension?
I use to hang out in Acworth..
@@Goodmorningmythicalthat is what I have to consider, looking out a couple years I won't be able to make it on my pension if I don't get out of my area. So I have to move.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in my opinion
Greensboro, South Carolina
Dont lie to these people🤣
Terrible choice.
Lived in Greenville SC for 10 years. No longer affordable because EVERYONE moved there
wow
I surprised raleigh is up here ...I'm trying to get away from here...Affordable my Ass!🙄😒
I would appreciate hearing crime statistics in terms of percentages instead of numbers per one hundred thousand. The narrator is stilted sounding.
Raleigh is not cheap
The city name is pronouned LA-fey-yett. You said it right the first time and after that keep saying it wrong.
Where are you?
Very easy just look for white or asian neighborhoods.
