I know. But at the same time, how presumptuous do you have to be like "Have children" when making a build.
@@marianne5055 That build was not really for them though. No offices, halloween theme etc. It didn't seem to follow the realistic route much so it's less presumptive in that case.

I really loved the one with the open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan, and then add the entryway skylight and add the wraparound seating in the back with the retractable awning. sidenote; YOUR FACES AND THE LOUD SILENCE WHEN YOU GOT TO THE BABY'S ROOM!! I really laughed out loud!!!

Fun fact--to get the grand piano upstairs the piano movers will take the legs off, flip it onto its side, and slide it up. When I had mine moved to a second-story apartment they charged a fee per stair. :)
Per stair as in literally every step? Or per flight? What was the fee? Lol

Wow all those houses were pretty cool! My favorite is the cc one, not only bc the cc is beautiful but I think it was well thought through, lots of storage in the offices, colorful but not overwhelming, homely and modern... I also like how some people added a half bath, that's also a good idea. Made me excited to renovate a house I don't have lol

It's so nice to see. I feel like the house around 21 minutes is a very reasonable priced renovation and it looks great. Looks a lot more spacious.
Question: How much we gona spend on this renovation?
Answer: Yes.
We can see the cogs ⚙️ working in both sets of eyes. Both faces light up every time you see something do able. Can’t wait to see the projects you’ll start. 🙃 But remodelling and melding styles is stressful. Just be sure not to lose parts of what you like because “compromise is best.” Always style your space to be uniquely you. That’s what I love about my office and my husbands workshop 🙂😉 Most of all enjoy and have fun making your unique style as a couple. And congratulations on finally having an “our” home. (Mine, Yours, Ours) 💕
This shell challenge was so much fun! I loved seeing all the different Bobos. I made a no-cc version of the painting on the gallery for mine.
No one gives us game play immersion like you. Your Cottage living had me engaged and captivated. There is a reason you were given those rewards. You earned them. ♥️♥️

I was in awe about the house where the CC-couch was missing. (10:40)
But it might have been my favorite because of the colors and materials. A lot of renovations were clever and moving walls and doors is one thing, but the WOW-thing that makes it feel gorgeous is all in the decor it seems. And this house in particular is a lovely example on how to achieve that.

Fun Fun Fun!! So many ideas! Taking bits and pieces from your favorites, maybe you'll find the Perfect Plan! Great vid guys! Love seeing the incorporation of the dreams of all three of you!
Personally I love the centerized living room with sky lights. With the dining and kitchen off to the left of entrance. And maybe a half bath with laundry off kitchen. Need door/arch to open between the kitchen and living tho. So you can visit while you cook. No Picture/TV for James though!
The issue is then, how do you get a full bath, two offices, the master bedroom (with an en-suite ) and a guest room, in an area that has two bedrooms and one bath now. I haven't seen the many many other plans, of course. So there may well be great ideas for solutions in them. A MUST is having big offices for EACH of You. No favoritism!
Deli, growing a small garden with a few select fresh veggies that are organic and expensive in stores, might give you a lot of satisfaction. Can be incorporated into landscaping if you're creative enough!
Having a gym in the garage you can keep it cooler than house more comfortable. Carport outside door has to add to rather than block the beautiful entrance. The barbeque and lovely lounge area out back has limitless potential!

I loved all the builds. The ones with the wall down to the dining room, and kitchen pushed back to left seemed the most financially realistic while still beautiful. Have fun renovating when the time comes. :D

I remember watching you guys years ago and thinking you guys had some kind of chemistry and lo and behold!
At 23:17 about the car port situation - my Mum's house in the outer burbs of Melbourne is a similar age and has basically the same layout as your guys house. She has a car port aligned with the bedroom windows and it isn't really much of a problem for letting sun in. It is pushed to the side enough I have never really noticed any issues.
