Many indigenous people in regional Australia say they feel left out, and that the major issues affecting their communities aren't being debated.
Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas travelled to Fitzroy Crossing in the remote Kimberley region of Australia's north-west.

Disgrace to the people who treat the aboriginal this way in their own country,
Australia belongs to ALL Australians irrespective of our race. It does not belong to one race only. Apart from that, before you put pen to paper, I hope you are aware that Aboriginals today receive MORE rights, privileges and benefits than any other race here (including every other minority race). If you want all Australians to receive equal rights and respect, fine. If you want one race to have more than other races, that is blatant racial discrimination which I find extremely abhorrent indeed.

After Tasmania won the war the Canberra govt comissioned a constructed language and shipped people from other islands to take over the task of the "true natives". Also don't forget that DNA testing to prove your aboriginal ancestor is literally illegal in Tasmania.

I WISH THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT WOULD IGNORE ME , let me work hard and earn money to support my family and save for retirement, but they keep wanting more and more of my money from me to pay for someone who keeps hounding them for it and when they get it they waist it, because we are not allowed to help them manage the financial gift. Definitely not! However, they way you are generalising these reports can be interpreted as very stupid. Reports and researches are conducted on a few individuals therefore if you use those results to generalise evryone you missing the point hence I said it would be very interesting to find out your own IQ. Give it a try, you might be surprised!
My IQ is 112. Tests have been done on many individuals over 100 years, in different parts of the country. The results are always between about 55 and 70, with the average being 63. We can't just ignore this, or how are we supposed to help them? Do you know that they are teaching mainstream curriculum in Indigenous schools, where the average IQ is between 50 and 80? Then they wonder why the attendance rate is 20%, and 0% of the students pass. Government and NGO policy is to "Close the Gap"... they are seriously spending all kinds of money trying to figure out how to get mentally retarded people to pass mainstream curriculum, because customising the curriculum would be "racist".
Alcohol isn't the real problem its the deep rooted " pain " that inherited by generations and keep experience injustice on daily basis. Its same problem in Canada , alots of rehabilitation drug centers are full with native Indian and thats what Dr Gaba addressed as old pains that creates this vicious cycle.

A great mother to all those babies. My stepbrother was born with FAS due to his mother hiding her drinking from my stepfather. They divorced due to it, and he raised him alone. Its DEFINITELY not easy. Aunty Cherry has done a lovely job with her kids, and fishing is a great way to hang out too.

Every culture had alcohol, from Africa to the Americas. There's even funny videos of animals eating certain fruit to make themselves drunk.
Any drug was monitored by Elders. They were used under very strict laws. Survival of the fittest meant you don’t get high because you will not be able to provide for your family and community..
I'm fairly sure they did not have alcohol here which is why their tolerance is so low unlike their cousins in Papua New Guinea
What actually happened was that a colonial war was fought and the Aboriginal people lost. They lost their land to the Europeans - the same way that an Aboriginal tribe could lose a war to another Aboriginal tribe - and the tribe that won then had a right to exist on and from the land that they won. In the hearts of many Aboriginal people they want to rise up and reclaim their land and their traditional ideologies (the ones that evolved with their ancestors), but if the Aboriginals rose up the European political structure is still so strong that they would probably be decimated by the Police and the Army.
The big problem is the full bloods are hidden away and are not allowed to speak for themselves they're not allowed to be on TV on radio or anything like that but only represented by their white cousins who are causing all the problems get rid of the white relatives and I don't think we'd have half the problems we actually do

A classic example of transgenerational trauma would be childhood abuse that causes a cycle of abuse and anxiety in ongoing generations. That is what we are seeing here in this video and across Australia.
What we're seeing here is stone Age people who have very recently come out of a time capsule and are not coping very well and to make matters worse the funding is not getting to them because it's being stolen by people with very little Aboriginal blood

Aboriginals today enjoy every right, privilege and benefit enjoyed by every other race in Australia AND MORE. Aboriginal activists today demand a 3rd Chamber in Parliament ONLY for Aboriginals. One person, one vote is not good enough for them. Furthermore, Aboriginals demand land ONLY for Aboriginals. All land in Australia must belong to ALL Australians irrespective of race. We have to learn to treat ALL races here EQUALLY.
