This video was EXACTLY what I needed!! Thank you! I’ve been having such a time with our pool this year & I thought I was going to have to get a whole new 4 way valve, that was nowhere to be found. Thank you again for sharing!
I just bought a used 75d. At first I couldn't even turn the handle. I was trying to figure out how to take it apart to clean the sand out. Your video is a lifesaver! Thanks so much!!
@@TheRandykiser Awesome! I'm sooo glad to hear that! I also wondered if I could attach the Intex saltwater system. If I get one I'll try it and update.
Thanks for the helpful information, I have the 75d and was wondering how the manifold comes apart, so far bought it in 2019, great product, I like how you saved it instead of assuming it was time for a new one
The “O” ring gasket inside the twist off cap? You might try a little gentle heat. Leave it in the sun for a while if even use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm it up. Be careful not to melt it!
TheRandykiser some how sand is stuck in between the space and the valve/housing. Wouldn’t move like you said yours previously did. Can pull the valve out after removing the spring.

I have been very impressed with the game sand filter. It just keeps going!

Great video!! Like that you kept it short and simple.
I cannot get the gasket to come free. Any tricks you used. It’s pretty seized up

@@TheRandykiser sorry it was the black valve. I’ll try and leave it in the sun today. If not I’ll bring out the heat gun.
How did you get the valve out once disassembled.
The first time?
The valve is really just the spider gasket assembly and the rest just comes out easily.

Here is a better explanation of the spider gasket assembly.
