my guess is that Rhett is very similar in design to Curtis from Rampage Universal Tour, so they didn't feel a need to have them both. I do miss Curtis though
It's just called Rampage. It's an arcade game from 2018 they made as a tie-in to the movie. It's VERY stripped down from any other version. Besides the joystick, there's only one button to attack. You can't even jump. It's more of a redemption game and is hands down the worst game in this video.

For me it's definitely universal tour :)
