Is the glue(gum) a chemical gum?, and there is this video of yours you added a hardner kind of, can you please explain it to me, coz I don't get,

@@onimsemah the glue is not chemical gum. Its just normal gum you know. And the other video shows me adding hardener on it. That is chemical gum. But you can add hardener on any other type of gum. I usually add some hardener when fixing a sole but not always... uses of hardener will make the gum stronger than it was. And you can only at to the gum you can finish in time so that it will not dry, and you can use it anymore.

Is there a reason for not inserting the logo before sewing
Yes . If you can see I will not have space for sewing. Had if been the logo is small or the point where I will place the logo is not close to the edges, then you can put the logo before sewing.
That is what I have been thinking,but to me I don't think to they is a reason,that would probably make the work look neater.
I want that tool for dragging down the leather....where can I find it?
