Thanks for putting this together. I struggled with removing the top screws and then losing a T socket in the engine bay! Great to know you can remove with some wiggling first, then remove the screws. :)

So I'm learning that the other side (passenger) filter is almost an inch longer? I've purchase two of the same filters and one won't fit. Anyone experiencing the same issue?
You say your wife's car. Mostly Dudes drive these cars with all that power. I guess she's sorta like Danica Patrick. haha So what do you drive or drives? You must have a badd ass car or cars also.
Just got quoted "about $150" this morning at my local dealership here in Arizona. I'll save the $50 and do it myself. Ordered the OEM filters from FCP Euro.

Thanks for this. Just chipped my wife's E63S wagon and wanted to replace the air filters but didn't want to break anything.

I ordered K&N air filters (replacements for OEM) from autozone.com. If I were going to purchase OEM, I would have ordered them from FCPeuro.com

It's virtually identical. I did the passenger side first which is why I decided to tape the procedure on the drivers side. Thanks for watching!
