Put the adult oysters in a tank of aerated circulating salt water, suddenly increase the temperature by 5 celcius degrees, the oysters will spawn. Transfer that water to another aerated circulating tank, and feed with algae for 30 days, near the 30 days add finely ground shell for the spat to attach to. You now have tiny oysters.
good in theory, in practice..? not so much, the genetic diversity of life is required to stop disease etc. and grow faster, is only one trait that is strong, while other traits will be weak. this is the sad reality of what you are doing, sorry.
Ever since i was a kid and saw the super tomato on tv ive been fascinated with genome science, bravo!
Great production, hope your content gets more views
Yum! Fresh oysters. Sorry oysters, but you are lovely to eat! I will not overdo it. Just once in a while. Yummmmm!

Any update on the oyster program?
What kind of boat is that in at 0:45? Thanks!
Messing with genetics doesn’t always produce better quality results overall
