- It’s been a while. After my last video things crashed pretty intensely. The past 7 months has been pure hell. Only in the past couple months have things started to slowly shift in some areas. Thank Gosh. Since then I’ve been to LymeStop for treatment twice. Have done so many other things.. seem so many other doctors trying to get my body and health out of danger… a lot of up and downs. A lot of loss and a lot of hard lessons. Now exploring the world of brain retraining and TMS (the mind body syndrome) … making my way towards healing by creating safety and anchoring belief. Thanks for being here! Youre not alone. We’re going to get through all this together.
Hi Gabrielle, I’ve been following your channel & tuning in for a while now.
I feel you. Relate in so many aspects. Our journey is immense.
I discontinued the sot route & took a leap/changed my approach.
Completed Sanoviv’s 2 week program in February. I’m still working with a naturopathic dr back in the states getting eboo/plaquex/peptides, but just wanted to let you know Hyperthermia with iv abx really moved the needle for me.
Post 3 months, I’m in a much better place mentally, physically & spiritually. Retesting in June to see where I’m at with all of this.
But yes, you need both mind & body. We are holistic beings. Treat the physical but take care of your mental/emotional & try your best to address nervous system retraining.
I love primal trusts program & it is a reasonable monthly membership with anytime cancellation. Her first module goes all in depth as to what you’re talking about.. cell danger response, polyvagal theory, limbic system impairment, etc.
Think it’s interesting how you mention the Pelvic area/psoas being connected with fight flight & insecurity. That’s Lyme in a nutshell. It is heavy on our nervous system, doesn’t necessarily matter where in your body it is but yes I have issues with neuropathies in my hips & at one point couldn’t even walk when I was at my worst point undiagnosed & unknowingly living in mold.
But anyways, the whole concept of nervous system rewiring is to utilize your conscious mind to reprogram your subconscious & all of the chronic stress loops that have developed over this period of time being so ill. To bring your body back to a calm state & allow your body to help itself heal.
I still have neuropathies in shoulder, back, hips & knee (which have improved). All the other symptoms that were suffocating my soul & keeping me bed bound, however.. the anxiety, depression, brain fog, fatigue, gi distress.. has very much dissipated since hyperthermia.
It doesn’t work for everyone, but it sure as hell worked for me & am so glad I did it!! If that’s something you are interested in knowing more about feel free to ask me about my experience.
In honor of Lyme awareness month, I just want to say thank you for sharing your story.
I see you & I hear you 💚
Sincerely,
Anna :)
Please keep us posted we need you and God Loves you❤
Thanks for sharing, 15 yrs in hell for me and I am on my first dose of antibiotics after found lyme .. I have been so alone on this journey but one day at a time and keep fighting 💪
Antibiotics is the worst thing to do. It will always come back when you stop. I've seen the same story replay for the past 10 years I've been in the Lyme communities. I will never do antibiotics. Lyme hides deep in the body; the tendon, nerves, etc. and nothing you take orally or as IV will or can get deep enough. Look into laser treatments. I can't believe in 10 years not one Lyme Dr I've seen knows this. The laser goes deep and will kill the bacteria.
Not sure why but your video was on my recommended page so I just clicked on it. I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles. I'm sure all your friends/family/internet strangers have given you "all the advice" but I am currently on a low carb diet and watch a lot of carnivore testimonies. There have been many folks who have cured (or nearly cured) their Lyme by going full carnivore. If you type in carnivore lupus you'll see some of their testimonies. Just throwing it out there as a last resort!
Hey, I super appreciate the comment and suggestion. I’ve heard
So many great things about the carnivore diet and how it’s helped me people heal. I think would extremely overwhelmed but I guess no more than I already am? I just hate all the extremes but the grey area isn’t feeling so great either.
I've been Paleo since 2013, before I knew I had Lyme. Then tried AIP with no further improvements but just understanding I had some food sensitives. After diagnosis in 2016 my Paleo diet continued but was really strict with sugars even natural. I did try Carnivore for a year 2019-2020 but had no further improvements. So back to Paleo--really strict, simple, low sugars. Which carnivore was the answer but I found it wasn't necessary to be so limiting.
Try a no carbohydrate diet. (Or low carbohydrate diet) for a few weeks . Definetly works
Watching your video again from two months ago according to UA-cam. His situation sounds like something out of a torture movie that only strange people could really imagine. And this is real… Wow! I also see in the comments that everybody's got a suggestion which is interesting to me because I don't think there's a foolproof approach without trial and error in trying everything humanly possible within one's budget.
I was struggling with severe exhaustion after a small amount of effort or maybe too much effort which would still be a small amount my case, but I found that my travel pad that I would use when I would take my mother to Florida and back again seems to really help me recuperate. I would get in the recliner lie back and cover with that after about an hour I feel remarkable. Whether I was hot or cold or whatever I would get to a proper temperature and then just be able to relax. I found this extremely helpful. I too am on the journey of how many herbs can I put in my system without discovering an adverse reaction, how many supplements can I take without screwing up my entire system. We shall see. I will keep you in my prayers.
Carnevore Diet helped me with anxiety and joint pain. I’m still fighting Lyme this time I’m taking ivermectin. ❤️🍀
Any updates soon?
I hope you get more shooting stars of hope across your dark sky. I see you! I know the dark pit and just wanting to be done. I hope you can find that moment by moment hope. Also doing some brain retraining and it is nearly impossible to do in those dark pits.
Thank you so much. It’s been really dipped down lately. Really trying to hang on to the moments like this where I could breathe. When you’re in it.. it feels impossible… would love to hear of what’s been helpful for you?
@@Gabriellekidd I left a comment a couple weeks ago. I am going through something similar and have found things that help. Magnesium L-Threonate seems to be a good nervous system stabilizer.
@@csgaymonthank you so much. I need to try L-theanine again… it was making things worse when I tired it before. How long did it take until you’ve seen a difference?
@@Gabriellekidd It's not L-theanine, it's magnesium L-Threonate. I saw a difference within maybe 12 hours. Of course, you might respond differently, but in this state, our bodies churn through resources. I recommend adding other forms of magnesium as well, since they each do different things. I mention other things in my original comment. Are you able to see it?
So you feel the mind/body training and drawing safety into the body has been the missing piece? My story is similar but EBV vs lyme. Dx w MEcfs POTS FND etc etc. I have connected the pelvic pain with trauma (specifically whenever i deal with my mother, interestingly! Also connected my migraines to her) and the psoas muscle. I actually typed that before you even said psoas lol. And yes! Thanks for mentioning cell danger response
are you still on antibiotics? even pulsing them?
Osha root, fringed sage, and lomatium root cured my lyme
Methylene blue has been working for me.
It's never a one tool. It takes many tools. I added MB on top of my SOT treatments. Now I'm adding laser treatments which are unexpectedly improving my nerve pain issues. The laser goes deep into the human body tissue and eradicates the bad guy. Laser treatments are not talked about enough in the Lyme communities.
As meditações do dr. Joe Dispenza também têm me ajudado.
Would you say that SOT didn't really do anything?
I truly have no idea al this point
@@Gabriellekidd that means it didn't do anything. Argh I was planning on doing it for myself but since you felt some improvement in the first place and then went south it means it's a temporary relief. It's better than nothing but kind of expensive then. Thanks for getting back to me. I wish you good luck finding a way outta it .
you know what is funny. I'm a suicidal person, I spell bad words to god every single day. I hate people. I don't like myself also. I have an absolute hate for the stupid beings on the other side. I am evil. yet I have a lot of health.
why I'm telling you this? don't fall for each religious lesson out of despair. follow your intuition. don't eve judge your prayers, they are never wrong (saw your comment on another religion video). don't ever feel like you are being judged, being rid of kharma or being punished. that is all Bs. just embrace the process and hope that you have the best people around you.
I hope you recover anyway. sorry, I just don't like to see people judging themselves because some guru on the internet told you you are praying wrong. its not wrong ask for help, ask the help of your guides, they will show you a path and follow your intuition. enjoy your youth, you don't know with, but is the priceless thing you have
oh you can erase this comment after read it.
